Disgusting. asked to make the music quieter as I am broadcasting live on YouTube in this cafe. instead they made it louder. very poor customer service.
They have the most random opening hours. The store will state their opening hours, but don't trust it. Open till 8:30PM right? Nope, let's close at 6:15pm.

I come here almost daily to work, real friendly staff and real good coffee as usual and the best is they get my name right LOL

This place has to be one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen in my life. Consistently. And having just come back from Orlando and seeing how fast everything is done there makes this place even slower looking. New manager training more staff something needs to be done here.
I ordered a Verona coffee and was told that they don't have it/stop making for the day. When I asked for a pour over, I was told "NO!" I even ask that where ever I go (London, Japan, NY, chicago, DC, washington state, california, oregon, and in Hollyood target starbucks - get it i have been everywhere), a pour over was always offered when a flavor for a drip coffee wasn't available. I settled for a pikes and my coffee is lukewarm. Such a big disappointment with this Starbucks!
