The same gloves she used at the register to take another clients order and she received money w/ was used when making my avocado toast. I stayed back to see her serve other clients and She did not change her gloves at all. Then I watched another server come from the back with gloves on to clean the ice cream freezer and did not change them when he walked over to prepare the next clients order ??

Unprofessional staff who are young adults. Waited 20 min for a preordered breakfast sandwich and 2 smoothies . FYI breakfast sandwich is made of fake egg and smoothies NOT HEALTHY made with sugar syrup strawberries sitting.
Good shakes and good workers. But, I am disappointed with the owner charging 25.00 cents to each costumer anytime you pay with card. That is not fair at all!

Place is nice, drinks and food are good but they are overpriced and tried to charge me $1 extra to replace the soy protein in my drink with regular protein...even though the drink already had protein. That's just flat out stupid.
This used to be my favorite smoothie place. However, as of late the environment inside has been chaos. There's no system as to how ppl pick up their orders. People were picking up other people's orders. Srvc is slow. And to top it off my smoothie tasted like flavored ice with no real fruits or ice-cream as described on the menu. Tasted exactly like a snow cone. Disappointed in the srvc and quality. Will not be returning.

This is my absolute favorite smoothie place in the whole wide world. I’ve thought about opening a franchise of this place many times over ?I’ve been coming here for years (probably about 6 years), and have seen the changes of staff, decor, food offerings, the addition of delivery services and a reward program, etc. The food quality has ALWAYS remained the same. That’s SO RARE from a food establishment!My favorite smoothie is the Strawberry Banana High Protein, coupled with a Tuna Wrap (on a spinach wrap without pineapple). Glorious are my tastebuds every single time!Cannot recommend this place highly enough. See a couple of pictures attached throughout the years.
