This is by far the BEST ice cream you will find in South Florida. Yes I said it. And it's cheaper if you get it by the quart!

OMG! First custard place I have found since living in Miami. I had the turtle sundae and chocolate banana shake. It was incredible. I showed up there 10 minutes before they closed and the young ladies working were super sweet, quick and generous. I will be back! Thank you!
Came out with my sister to satisfy an ice cream craving. Note, frozen custard is different than ice cream. This was thick, creamy, not overly sweet and very filling. Got a basic vanilla dripped cone. Super satisfying! On a hot day, this thing melts quick. So eat up!
I have seen this place a thousand times and never stopped. I finally read the sign and wondered what frozen custard was. So now I can't stop eating it. Its just better than ice cream. It has a thick creamy texture. It's so good. Good pricing, the toppings are fresh and generously added. Something for everyone and the staff is really friendly.
If I could give it 10 stars I would.Been coming here since I was a kid and the quality has remained excellent.The staff is super friendly and the frozen custard is to die for. You won’t want to go anywhere else after trying this.I recommend their vanilla custard with rainbow sprinkles .
Siciliano's is the best frozen custard of life! It's so good. ANYTIME I am anywhere near Siciliano's I am stopping by. I have driven from Miami just to have their custard. Gas is crazy now, so I can't do that as often. The point is they're worth the trip!
Firstly, I would like to say that this is not a review of the products. The frozen custard here is excellent. This is a review of the customer service, specifically by a woman who identified herself as the manager. This lady should not be a manager because she was very rude and does not understand the importance of customer satisfaction. I ordered several large frozen custards, and she intentionally, and "strategically" didn't not fill the cups up with the proper amount of custard that I was paying for. When I very politely asked her to please fill the 2nd cup with more custard, she rudely said no, and advised me that she was the manager, and basically said that everyone who served me on previous visits was giving me the wrong amount by filling the cup. Why buy a large cup when you are only putting a medium amount in the cup??? Needless to say, an otherwise great place has lost a customer due to terrible customer service.
I wondered what frozen custard was, so I had to check it out. Oh my goodness it is so delicious. I didn’t know that they also owned the sub store next door, so we ate our custard by the sketchy smoke shop.I ordered the crunchy chocolate cake with my custard and they definitely top it off!! I loved how creamy and thick the custard was. If I lived closer, I’d want to come all the time. It would be nicer if there were more seating.
Ice cream is really good that is without a doubt BUT the customer service I got with the lady with a Burberry bandana was extremely rude. People were paying so I went inside since they were gonna checkout and she told me to get out rudely. Secondly me and my family were outside waiting to purchase. So as my family goes in before me , there were people outside as well. The second lady begins to take orders for the people outside who got here after we did and My mother had to interrupt as they were already waiting. Why couldn’t they have taken our order which was 4 of us before? When WE were waiting outside? Horrible experience with their customer service. Been a customer for YEARS and first time had to deal with this. Will keep going for the ice cream but if a similar situation arises ill be taking my and my familys business elsewhere.
