We went to Senor Cafe for breakfast on a Thursday morning, not real early. My diner test is whether they can do decent eggs for breakfast. I ordered two fried eggs, hash browns, and sausage. My wife ordered scrambled eggs, home fries, and bacon. My eggs were runny -- not the yolks, I mean the whites! They were barely cooked. And the hash browns were a tine 2 inch triangular patty obviously defrosted from a package. My wife's scrambled eggs were not just fine but also a huge pile about 6 eggs worth, and the home fries - with peppers and onions - filled the plate. And we were charged the same price! They had lots of things on their menu that looked good but they really screwed up a simple breakfast. Were were just visiting the area but if we are ever back I won't be going there again.
This place is pathetic. I have gone twice to place an order for something to eat and the girls that work behind the counter are rude and unprofessional. They don’t acknowledge customers when they come into the store and always assume someone made an online order. I waited patiently for someone to take my order, I was completely ignored. Another customer comes in, takes a seat and one of the girls immediately starts taking his order. I got very upset because I was just standing there waiting patiently. I work in customer service, so I understand sometimes the store gets busy, but these women are very rude and unprofessional. I also called asking to speak with management and they kept hanging up the phone. I will NOT be returning or spending my money here. Great prices, good food portions. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was because of the service. I would come back and try again, maybe just an off day. We all know service industries are still short so we need to find patience.
I went yesterday n the service was great, thanks to the young gentleman that took care of US. Today our service was late n not welcome per say. The food is delicious. A better customer service will feel more like

Waitress are gorgeous ? but food was terrible . Orange juice was great because it was real orange juice just a little to much seeds ! Then the food is being home made which I also like but not when you cook my bacon in old oil . The pancakes and eggs were good tho. My friend got a burrito cause she don't eat pork and it was only the wrap a bunch or white rice and black beans ? i wouldn't recommend not even for the elders ! I would want my grandparents to have a nice healthy meal ! Or atleast tasty
