Great teas and the mini donuts are a must! Super cute little hidden gem in Cooper City! The owner is always there. She’s very sweet and helpful if you can’t decide on what drink to get.

First time visiting this newly opened nutrition spot. If you're a fan of teas and nutritional shakes, you may want to check out Rustic Roots. I ordered a mango, pineapple, with vanilla protein shake and it was very thick, and flavorful, it also didn't have that grainy mouth feel that other protein powders do. The staff was friendly and explained that other food items are to be added to the menu as they continue to expand their menu.
