I been going to this place for years and I really hadn't had any complaints until these last 2 visits, which one includes yesterday evening being served by Jackie again, I wasn't satisfied at all she is very nonchalant. The first visit a couple of months ago,she end up leaving me unattended for so long another server had to pick me upthen yesterdays visit, made me wait again talking about look at the menu but it was not needed because I am a regular finally serving me my long island had a funny taste, which I gave it back n ordered a beer. Then ordered the $6 burger n fries,which is a special on Monday n Tuesday but ordered cheese n was charged $1.25 each burger n jalapenos for $1.50 I can buy a whole jar of jalapenos for that price. Never been charged that amount for neither items wasn't explained why n left without worrying about it but it bothered me later because I thought about the fact I have spent plenty of money there.
I am visiting this spot for the first time as I wanted to watch the North Carolina vs Duke final four basketball game. This place is real down-to-earth and a very relaxing environment. The value for money is also very good. My server was Jackie and she was attentive during the entire game, including always filling up my water. Most wait staff skip on that as there is not money on it, but she always did without me asking. Great place and will come back if I am in the area.
I am very disappointed with this place. The food is not good honestly, and on top of that, the portions are small and the price is very expensive!!Drinks: 4 glasses of Guinness at $26.90. Oh, and this was supposed to be the “happy hour” price.Nobody disclosed the prices before. As for drinks, do not believe in the menu prices. A great staple in Hollywood. I’ve been going since 1980! That says it all. Oh, and the cheesesteak is the best in south Florida!
A very wide selection of tap beers and food. The service was great, kudos to Carol. It looks the personnel is there for a number of years, which speaks very well about this venue.
Best Chilli bowl i have ever eaten. And I go to Rickey's constantly for this bowl and chicken wings... Totally recommend

Food was good, customer service was Great until we complained about conch fritters being fried to hard. Then attitude among the employees changed and at first they didn't want to exchange them. But, after I tried to explain nicely the food was not fit for consumption (food was charred/burnt) they exchanged it with an attitude.
I love Ricky's. It is probably not for everyone. Because it is pretty divey. It has my favorite wings with my favorite sauces. Get whatever sauce you order with garlic added to it.
