I have going since they opened and they never disappoint. Place is always clean and staff is friendly. Plus the waffles are the best.
Amazing find. So fresh and delicious. A unique experience I'd never had before. The bubble tea with popping Boba was divine.
As a Florida native this place has Amazing ice cream and service it’s a must try for sure atmosphere and location if perfect for cool down spot on the beach
Horrible customer service at the one in Hollywood. Told the cashier I wanted to change my order to a regular sundae and she told me I already had a regular sundae with the surprise me sundae. So I thought it was cool then the man put a bunch of toppings on the sundae and the cashier told me I should’ve told her when I ordered which I did and when I spoke to the manager he tried to justify the order when more than one person justified what she said when I asked to change it. Charge will be disputed and ice cream in the garbage.
These waffle cone sundaes look really good, but they look better than they taste and cost $10/each. It was good to try it, but one and done for me. I prefer the traditional/crunchy waffle cones. This one is kinda soft and soggy. The ice cream is just ok..taste on consistency like store bought.

The line is usually long on the weekends, but it goes by quick and it’s damm worth the wait. Easily the best place to get ice cream in South Florida. 10/10 would recommend.
After visiting Margaritaville resort and beach area doing a little shopping we decided we need to stop in Puffers. We were a little bit apprehensive when we saw the waffle and the ice cream we thought it might be too heavy but much to our surprise and delight it was light and refreshing and wonderful. If you’re anywhere in the area you need to check this ice cream shop out don’t pass by it, it is truly a sweet treat.
Me and my wife ordered the death by chocolate combo…. It sounded like it might be too “chocolate-y” but it was not at all! The ice cream they used was pretty light on the Choco flavor.. same with the waffle. YUMMM
Absolutely ridiculous in the best way possible. I just had them surprise me and make me a cone with whatever they wanted, and it’s the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. The waffle cone is such a great idea.
