My question is why is this location still open, this is the worst Pollo tropical you can ever go to. I never come, but when I do the service and the food it’s worst.The sad part is that nothing gets fixed, again it’s a nightmare, there is always something; either short on staff, or the dining room is closed for who knows what reason. Their employees and managers need to stop by chick fil a for some training so they can learn how to work with customers. But again it people keep visiting and don’t say anything nothing will ever be fixed. I mean it won’t affect me any more since I won’t return again.

But the worst part was that all of the food had a very bad smell. It smelled like feces. I had to wash my hands multiple times to get the smell off. I wish there was a way to take pictures of smells to make this review more complete. I will never eat there again.
Worst customer service. Nit the first time either. But today is a tipping point. Staff is apathetic and you’ll be lucky if you receive a greeting of the day or a “you’re welcome” after your “thank you”. Messed up my order tonight and when I returned to fix, a gentleman that appeared to be the manager, looked at me like I was bothering him. Then he prepares the meal, throws it on the counter and walks away. I don’t write reviews but this Pollo location is asking for it. I hope the owners care enough to have a weekly meeting on customer service. Never eating at this store again and will tell my community of locals to do the same. P.S. wish I could’ve given them “zero” stars. 1-Star is too much.

I don’t even know how to start this of, first completely rude managers. I found a little insect in my rice which is really unsanitary. I had a friend who had worked here, saying management is rude and horrible. Are always being insulted and blamed for mistakes from costumers, remove that glass panel because you can’t hear what there saying. complete horrible restaurant.

I placed an order at Pollo Tropical after a long time and called this location because it was close to the event I had, the manager named Alberto was impressive, the good customer service he showed, he explainedto me the menu options that I had and he attend with my order according to my requirements. The food was delicious, the chicken juicy and well cooked. I can recommend this restaurant 100%
extremely RUDE day staff in the inside (dine-in) I come to this location often and use drive thru ( no problem), however the inside staff of women attitudes ARE HORRIBLE ! not jus one occasion, or 2 but multiple times...I pay extra for condiments and they still limit how much sauce or whatever thy give you after you pay for it, lol you'll think it comes out their pay .. but it goes to show they have a nasty attitude about everything! like seriously NO ONE forced you to apply for this job, you dont like it ? QUIT ! there's plenty money opportunity else where ! but to be rude to your customer wont hurt anyone but your RESTURANT REVIEWS !
Best service, great food. Deserves a 10 stars. I drive all the way from Miami Beach to this store just because of the service. The best Pollo Tropical around. Keep up the great job. The manager Alberto was superb.
Food is tasty, and attention is great. Justin was awesome, he gave us a couple recommendations and his tips were on point!
