This place sells the same food that all the franchise but, the attention of one of the guys is PATHETIC. I forgot my glasses and I asked for one grill chicken filet and the guy just point to the screen, he was sooooooo rude. And when I got my food NO FILET AT ALL!!! Cause, he was sooooo boring while we were asking him.I'll never understand WHY if you dislike people, you work with public!!!I will never ever come back here because that guy was soooooo rude even from the start when we were at the lane.You can see my filet in the picture.
I'm sad to see the standards of this store slipping. The manager kept interrupting the cashier when we were trying to order, and they were sold out of a ton of stuff. We understand supply chain issues, so we just picked other selections, no big deal. Then the cashier reminded the manager who was building our order to get our drinks, and then we had to remind them about our drinks. Attitudes were poor, there was someone sleeping in the dining room, and the dining room was dirty with only couple clean seats. This used to be one of the nicer locations, but next time we will try another Polo location.
Drive threw is the worst!! Never again the young girl so slow —-carrying on a conversation with an employee ignoring anyone at the window ready to pay- after rushing u when she hasNever rushed to move the line quick -Seriously has no care in the world- like if there is no rush on food- horrible customer service - we waited a good 45 min. - ridiculous!!!
This is the slowest pollo I have ever been to. Been living in SF for over a decade. Workers walk like they dont wanna work. Took me 30 mins before I could get 1/4 chicken with rice and beans. Its not even lunch time ….!!! Just took my order - sorry we r out of forks and knives….. do you understand you running a restaurant???? Its like having a cab and telling customers sorry your seat dsnt have a door pls tighten your belt so you wont fall….
Don't throw your money down the toilet. I was served RICE FROM YESTERDAY. ZERO RESPECT FOR THE CONSUME THE RICE WAS HARD AS A ROCK.NO TIRE SU DINERO AL CAGADERO, EL ARROZ ESTABA DURO COMO.PIEDRA
It was an awful experience!!! I came from Winter Haven, Central Florida on vacation & wanted to try Pollo Tropical.Where I live there is no Pollo Tropical. I used to live in the Broward County area & love Pollo Tropical. The server in this restaurant had a very nasty attitude towards the customers & the manager on duty dare not say anything to her. I mean the lady full of tattoos & was wearing cap & blue jeans. It appears that her co-workers are afraid of her as well They really need to get rid of her. She causes a whole lot of confusion, she doesn't get the orders right. Customers don't get what they actually ordered & when she is told that she missed some items she gets an attitude nor apologizes for her errors; very rude to customers.
Ordered two of the new Cuban sandwiches. One classic and one grilled chicken. Both with fries. The sandwiches were average. Not as good as a real Cuban sandwich. The fries were greasy and not very good! I would NOT recommend the Cuban sandwiches or the fries!
Ordered 3 half chicken platters and asked for a side other then rice and was told I had to order 2 sides if I wanted something different. The menu said with rice or 1 regular side. All my platters were far less than a half a chicken also. Went to one in Miami a few days before and had no issues, plenty of food and great service.
Was raised in Hollywood Florida and started regularly eating here since they started. Been gone a while and came back in 2022. Chicken had no signs of the marinade, was dry like jerky, the beans and rice were also dry and overcooked. Very disappointed after looking forward to eating there after all that time
This Pollo Tropical have a good service and the food is good too.I orden an avocado salad. Delicious
