The issue is not the ingredients. It's the cooks have no Italian recipe training. The words authentic Italian cuisine ........Has always been missing from this restaurant. The meals I have eaten are not seasoned properlyThe best example is order the pasta with a creamy white sauce....It's flour and milk with minimum cheese, and low quality cheese. Season with herbs and nutmeg, etc. Please create the correct Italian taste profile. It's amateur kitchen skills creates a missing flavor.Elevate the flavors with trained cooks that know the traditions of Italian cuisine. Blah on top of blah! FR
We have passed this place by for many years and finally tried it. We didn't know what to expect but we were really happy with our meals! The eggplant parm was tasty and came with generous portions of pasta, salad, and bread rolls. My boyfriend was also very happy with his pizza. For the amount of food we got, the prices were really great. The server was also very fast and helpful.
First time, although have seen it for years. Great pizza with requested fresh mushrooms and spinach!Update 5/22. I am totally disappointed. I have ordered here for years. But it’s gone downhill while prices have ncreased. The last time I ordered Chicken Marsala, I was sick for 3 days but I did not contact them. Tonight I ordered Penne a la Vodka. This is what I got. Really disgusting. I called to speak to owner or manager. After being put on hold, was told the owner was not there-right. I asked for a call tomorrow (which I was won’t get. ). It’s off my list.if I wanted to put jarred sauce on pasta with slices of tomato (where does that figure into panne a la vodka?) I could have done that for about $2
Went yesterday with friends and had a grrrrreat meal . Everybody thought it was wonderful. 2 of them had never been there before and asked if we can go back again next week. Very moderately priced, the portions were larger than at most places , so we all had enough left over for a nice eat at home lunch today. This is now our top favorite Italian place in town, especially with Villa Rose and Unberto’s closed.
I have been visiting or asking for delivery for more than 5 years and I have never had a complaint to make, but today I don’t know what happened that the Onion Pizza I ordered did not live up to other times I had ordered it. The onion was burned, as if it had been sautéed in the frying pan and therefore this changes the taste of the final dish. I’m very sorry to do this but it’s the best way to tell them not to lose the quality I’ve always found in their dishes. On the contrary, the Calzone is always up to the task.
I will admit the food at this location is great our waiter was Vander he wasn’t friendly at all he was strictly business with us but we witnessed him engage with the customers at 2 other tables he was also serving. But when it was time to pay I didn’t tip because I didn’t like the service he came outside to my car and asked my boyfriend for a tip which was very unprofessional. I pay for what I like, If you know this is your job and how you get paid you should do better
Ordered wings & marsala pasta via Uber eats. Dumped wings onto a plate and there was a large dead bug in the box. When I called the restaurant I was told no manager available, and that the manager wouldn’t be around for a while because he’s on a business trip. The person on the phone said it must has been the delivery driver because they don’t have any bugs in the restaurant. Beyond shameful
I order from Pizzarella quite a bit, normally I get eggplant Parmesan and it’s usually awesome, last night I bought chicken Frandsche‘s and it had to be the worst I’ve ever eaten. It was covered in dough and then dipped in egg wash with no franchise sauce on it. I had to scrape all the breading off so I could eat the piece of chicken underneath I had about a half a pound of breading in my plate. The linguine was great, however, I ordered angel hair pasta with garlic oil and parsley and we got linguine with butter sauce. Absolutely no franchise sauce on the dinner. Very disappointed !
Great place!!!! I'm loving LG cheese pizza
