I tend to gravitate towards more independent pizzerias but must admit I recently had a good experience w/ this Pizza Hut. Takes me back to childhood. Malcom & a couple of other staff members were friendly & helpful. My personal pizza (chicken & pepperoni- I forgot to take a pic) was fresh, tasty & the perfect size. I will be back. Fun fact: this Pizza Hut is the site of Miramar’s first drug store, Miramar Drugs (‘62-‘87).
I placed my order at 6:52, I was told 30 minutes, I called at 7:55 and was told 15 to 20 more minutes. Then I get a text from doordash, which I didnt place the delivery through, and was told 8:29. When the poor doordash guy, Alex, who was awesome showed up there was NO WHERE FOR ME TO SIGN TO TIP [email protected]@ Of course K had no cash, so I have to make phone calls to try and make sure he gets a tip.This was so ridiculous the food was luke warm. The service was horrible! The delivery driver left the pizza at the wrong house and the person that lives at the house had to contact me to let me know that my pizza was at another location. This Pizza Hut told the lady that lived there that they will pick up the pizza at her house and bring it to me. However, during this time with covid, how is that sanitary? Then, to make matters even worse, the manager told me that she would give me my credit once the new pizza arrives to my house. Once I called, the manager told me that she would apply the credit later and that I would have to “trust her word” that the credit will be put in. When I asked if I can call in another 10-15 minutes, she interrupted me multiple times on the phone, caught a nasty attitude with me, just for her to tell me that it’s okay to call in 10-15 minutes to make sure that the credit was applied. I hope this manager gets removed but the service was horrible and I’m never ordering from here again.
Food was great. Carry out time was great. The team member who delivered our food to us as curbside pickup was very pleasant.
Food got there quickly and tasted fresh. Delivery driver was really pleasant too. Not a creep.

The store was clean, staff was friendly even though they were working hard. The young man who secured my payment for my order was friendly, professional and I was impressed. All items in our Holiday box were fresh and made as specified in our order. All of my add on items were with my order. I was super pleased that nothing was left out or mixed up. This was my 1st time at this pizza hut location and the first visit to any pizza hut in a many years. Due to this awesome experience we will surely be back. Please give the entire team kuddos and a huge high five.
I ordered online as I waited in my vehicle. I ordered the big box/ big dinner with boneless wings. I did not receive any sauces for the chicken. The clerk did not ask if I wanted any sauces even if I had to pay for it.

Employees are not following curbside pickup orders. I ordered and I noticed that no matter how much I select curbside, employees never bring the pizza outside. I had kids in the car and had to leave them inside to go get the pizza after waiting for 5-10 mins at the front of the restaurant.
