This place just literally took my order never delivered my pizza and and charged my account and refuse to give me explanation and instead forward me to hold over and over mean while i got charged for a pizza I never received wow such bad service from some girl who works here never again ..STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND THE GIRL TAKING ORDERS .
Horrible service I order 1 cheese pizza that took more than 1 hour and half to be the delivered they pizza came super cold
One of the worst Pizza Store you can order from . You place an order on-line so when you go to pick up your order is not done their system down. I do not recommend is place to no one its one of the worse Pizza store in the area of Hollywood. To irresponsable with people orders and thiers never a manger to face you.
Overall terrible experience. The employees barely spoke any English. My order was incorrect, after noticing the order was incorrect they failed at attempting to make the order, the cashier was sent home for the night mid transaction, another customer walked in to pick an online placed order and while attempting to pay she was told “ooops I’m sorry we’re closed” as the employee shut down the register and left. After trying waiting on my order to actually finally get made, I were told to wait outside while it rained leading me to ask for a refund in which I were then told I could not get a refund paper receipt nor email due to the Pizza Hut new system. We spent several minutes or longer talking via phone to an alleged GM whom never stated a name nor showed the proof of such. Total mess! I left with no pizza or a refund.
These folks are great! Service was high quality and pizza was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
Pizza is truly a cut above. I remember when the kids were small me and their mom would take them to pizza Hut and they loved it. Not many dine in restaurants any more but still one great pie.
I wish that all of the Pizza Hut's in N.J. didn't close! So it's a treat for me to get a personal pan pizza you can't go wrong
Visited store on 3/17/22 around 6:00 pm for pick up the woman at the front very grotesque and unprofessional when I ask her for a manager she told me she was the manager. She don't care about costumer service she only worry about her ordinary nails.
They are really unprofessional do not order from them you will not get your food. They’re in need of new employees the manager is also inconsiderate and unapologetic did not receive my food order or a refund in fact I got an attitude from all of the workers. I never thought I can be mistreated for not getting my food That I payed for. Wow
I have been a fan of Pizza Hut since I was a little girl! If it’s not broken then don’t fix it! The original crust is undefeated! I love my neighborhood Pizza Hut!
