I will not be giving this location my business. The Employee was outside smoking came back in without washing his hands or putting on gloves to cut on someone's food. The Employee with British accent just dismissed My concern when I brought it to his attention. I will be letting everyone know about the disgusting habits they have.
Better than other nearby locations based on recent visits. Staff here usually seems more attentive as well and relatively friendly. Felt like the quality of my pizza was just as expected. Parking in front can be tight with other businesses sharing a few spots.
Ordered from them , so many times, and the past 6 months , more then 5 orderes keep getting worst and worst, complained in their website and got a credit for future orders, however, even the new orders were the exact same horrible way, I explained the girl in the counter, that's not the quality they usually provide. And she said, I can't do anything about it.Poor quality, not like other locations, won't order anymore. Regardless of price.Thin pizza, enormesous crust bearly have pizza in each piece, and no tomato sauce.The funny thing, they told me I need to out for extra tomato sauce.Ma'am, I ordered 10000 pizzas, tomato sauce is something that is part of the pizza itself, no need for any extra !
Papa John clearly don't make their pizza fresh. I made an order online and received a notification 5 mins that it was ready to pick up, but then again it's a fast food chain and their not known for their quality pizza.
WORST PAPA JOHNS EVEEEER! Worst service horrible staff. No mercy what’s so ever … you should just close this location THERE IS NO REASON TO STAY OPEN if you can’t provide a simple cheese pizza. Oh and I was over charged .. no large cheese pizza cost $19 but not
The Papa John's light was not on and it made it hard to find. I had a 20.00 gift card that would not go through and the cashier tried only once. Another customer was telling cashier how to do it (which he ignored) I called this location and the location on E Young Circle) i had to call Hollywood Blvd 3-4 times kept getting (this number is not picking up) actually both locations. We finally got.through to.Hollywood one and the cashier acted like he didn't know what were ordering. We told him we were picking up and he acted like he didn't understand. When we got there, there were customers standing out side that didn't call in a place delivery. No one went out there and told them to either try calling or.come in and place order they were standing in drizzling rain. Customers going in and out (that were lucky to get through) explained to them. This Papa Pizza has made me not want to purchase from said store. We.paid cash since cashier didn't try to figure out what wat wrong with card. That has made me.not want to.order from establishments and not wanting to.order from ordering.from them anymore.curbside pick up was not offered to us.
Very disappointed this time from the pizza.I'm ordering through the app for long time now and this time and few times before we're missing many toppings and they haven't put enough cheese.Most of the times I'm not complaining but this time was too much for me.Always they not cutting the pizza evenly and that's sucks.Papa johns is great for years and I love them but this location have to make some changes.Would love if someone can contact me in anyway.
Ordered a pizza at 11:30. They said 45 minutes and it is now 1:33. No call no show. What a joke. Who ever working here needs to be fired.
Will never order there again! Driver dropped my entire order and when showed at my door didn't say anything and just handed me my order and ran away. Once I opened both pizza and few other items it was hell! All the toppings and cheese were all over the box and off the pizza. When calling the store the so called manager came to the phone and said there is no refund policy and if need they will send it again and again until they get it right. I was in shock the manager will actually say that. I will obviously dispute my order and hope this location will get a talk from corporate after refusing to acknowledge the issue. The manager on top kept saying "sorry you not satisfied with the quality of the food"..... No ma'am even my dogs will not touch it after your driver dropped it on the floor. Stay away from this location and save yourself the grief!!! I called to speak with Mariah the so called GM of the store, disrespectful nasty individual. Talked over me and pretty much said go dispute the order I don't care and hung up the phone. This place is running like a flea market with nasty management.
Absolutely disappointed in Papa John's and at this point I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered pizza and soda for delivery. My order was left outside of my apartment complex, on the ground and was taken by someone else. Who does something like that. With specific instructions that were not followed.
