90 min to make a pizza? This company has major process problem.Also, no accountability if the pizza is cold. The restaurant doesn’t even try to expedite. I called and the answer was that they had SIX pizzas ahead of me so the wait was 80 minutes. Unbelievable. Unacceptable.
Literally THE WORST experience I have ever had with any business. Besides the fact I am currently waiting for my pizza (which is 45 minutes late at this point) I was left on hold for 8 minutes. When they finally pick up he hangs up on me. Now I can’t get anyone on the phone at all. There is no way they are that busy. They are careless, rude and unbelievably bad at a job that really doesn’t entail all that much.
This pizza was undercooked and when I went in to see if it was ready I was told it would be another 5-7 minutes. I check my app and the status is picked up. Way too many employees for this nonsense the place was jammed packed and persons were not doing anything. Get it together please.
Ordered a pizza for delivery lastnight and never showed up. The tracking eventually said delivered after an hour. Tried calling the store and it was disconnected for hours. Didn’t bother calling today just reached out to their corporate. All I got was a coupon. Don’t bother coming to this place as they hang up on you or don’t answer at all. Read the reviews says a lot about this place.
PapaJohn’s driver with no working brake light and I almost hit him when cut me off because didn’t make full stop.Good luck with this kind of drives. (I hope he has insurance)
Delivery time needs work! But at least the food arrived hot! Thanks to the driver. The toppings were very scanty and seems more like little bits and pieces of the toppings. The Chipotle chicken poppers were ok!
Worst experience I've ever had @ a Papa John's. I would recommend getting anything from The store. I was mocked on the phone and then I was told that my pizzas weren't even there. Went to the store asked for the pizzas by name and they were sitting there and haven't been delivered. April 22 at 11:30 PM. Pizzas will order at 10 o'clock. Delivery route less than three minutes. Great pizza but a very lack of manners in common courtesy and an unprofessional staff working in the store.
Do not recommend this place the estimate of time increased by two hours after I waited an hour I was told it would take an hour and 30 minutes. I’m not a fan of Papa John’s I was going to give them a try but after today never again
Awful. I spoke on the phone with "Jazz" when i asked her name. I looked at the reciept it says "Kiashy"So she lied about that.She was so rude on the phone and you could tell she was lazy and didnt want to do her job. I told her the zip code and she said they didnt deliver to my address even though the location is 5 minutes away from papa johns.I said are you sure? And gave her the address again with the zip code.She just didnt feel like placing the order. But she finally took the order after some persisitence.I called back to ask if she had taken down the apartment number because i had a feeling she hadnt. and she hadnt. She said you have to wait outside because they wont come up to the door anyway. I said " are you sure, theyve come to the door before?"So she told me to stay by the phone so the delivery driver could call and ask me the number. Im like could you call him and tell him the apartment number, just in case? And shes like he already left and that she had his number but wasnt going to call him.Everything was a mission with this lady!!!! She had the rudest tone right when she picked up the phone from the start.The delivery driver was ok and the pizza as always is delicious but for the mission to order a pizza its not even worth it.Please replace that lady! She is awful!
Omg, I got my NY Style pizza it was burnt to the crisp. I called back they stated that they would send a replacement pizza. I waited 2 and a half hours. I called back at 12:30 am and they stated that we only have 2 drivers we are short-staffed however it is on the way. I called back after hours 1:30 am I got hung up on 2/ and then the manager stated that the driver said no answer which was a lie. I have a ringer to show no one ever came to deliver
