I went to this panera bread location today and had an incident where my 3 year old toddler made a very large spill. Kids are fast and get into everything. But the way that the manager Brian handled the situation was uncalled for and embarrassing. He came up to my table where I was with a friend and our children and basically told me I need to watch and control my child. I was beyond embarrassed and humiliated. If you have a toddler, you know how quick they can be. Afterwards, the older lady who cleaned up the mess kept passing by my table and staring at me really hard. I've never been that uncomfortable in a restaurant. Those two employees could've handled the situation way better. Children make spills, adults make spills, people make messes. I did call corporate about this incident and hope that Brian and the other employee learn to better handle situations in the future so that customers, especially parents with younger children, don't go through this type of embarrassment. I'll never return to this location to spend my hard earned money so that I can be treated this way by employees.
We was very disappointed about Panera, food today. We changed the order with a different one because we realized that sandwich looking very good in the picture bacon egg brioche. We asked to change the bread brioche with asiago begel.But we don't received what we expected. At the first the cashier understand wrong what to cancell on our order. The chasier was cancelling the coffee in stead to cheange what we request to change. After many confusions we received something what no one will eat I will attach the picture.The Manager on red t-shirt was with attitude and not polite at all. He was sayng if we pay for one more egg the sandwich wil look alot better. I give back the sandwich otever was cooling that, to them to enjoy their work.

Young staff. Service was a tad slow but food was great as well as new summer drinks

Stopped by after my coworker cut my hair today prior to me leaving for Cap Cana. Some of the guests were getting frustrated with the hold up on their food.Mine was ready within minutes....bbq chicken smokehouse sandwich. Oh so good.
Went for lunch got a whole turkey avocado blt. The service was good but when I returned to the office and opened my sandwich, it look like everything was thrown in the wrapping. For the cost of Panera food, they presentation leaves much to be desired.
As usual, the food was tasty, the cost appropriate. Unfortunately, and again as usual, the staff is not up to par. This is the second time I've been in where I have stood at the order desk and watch staff walked by and never stop to take an order. Waited a good 10 minutes this time for someone to come out.
