Ordered the chicken teriyaki and fried rice bowl. I don't know what this sad rubbery pile is but it isn't teriyaki chicken. Rice is under cooked, chicken bites like boiled chicken. Oh and then you're handed teriyaki sauce packets. This is not teriyaki chicken on any planet. Disgusting, and inedible. Now I remember why I stopped eating here.
Can't believe the same person picking up trash in the parking lot as I'm pulling in is the same person serving the food.And how come they say they stopped making duck sauce. WHAT ?Maybe it's a burger joint lol
Panda Express, it's very good. They went on changing their portion size but the price stayed higher. I remember the last time that I experienced Panda Express, the food was bulging out of the containers and touching the lids of a plate of takeout plate. But I did not experience that this time. I would give Panda Express of Hollywood Florida another chance and I will know if it's a either corporate decision or a location decision.
I just got my meals here today, customer service were great, foods are delicious, the store is clean. My son and I had a long day today, but the way they welcomed us when we walked inside made our day much better.
Ordered a plate of chow mein with orange chicken and a large side honey walnut shrimp. I was highly disappointed. The food did not taste like other panda express. The orange chicken was dry, lacked sauce and the little that was on it, didnt taste like it normally does. Same for the honey walnut shrimp barely any sauce, dry and tasted off. I spent a $25 dollars on my meal, it was so off putting I ended up throwing it in the garbage.
Food looked great, smelled great and tasted great. Stomach ache and nausea 2 hours afterwards was horrendous. Tried left-over food 24 hours later (kept refrigerated overnight) and same results. My opinion, what makes it taste so good makes me feel so bad.
Besides getting called out by an employees;(But I ain't no snitch) the atmosphere was something out of a "fine dinning cuisine magazine". The cook Stephen was a cool wit me and even welcomed me. After that the lady who scooped my food was really nice, plus the food was fresh!Would I come back, YES
By far, worst panda express I've been to. Rude staff and skimpy portion sizes.I ALWAYS get a ton of rice or chow mein. This location BARELY puts a scoop in the plate. Also, NEVER has any food available. They always give the excuse, oh sorry, we don't have that today.Go to another location. The management at this one sucks.
This location has the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Jaffany does not value her job and probably leads a very sad life to come to work and treat customers so poorly that they don't even want to purchase their meal and spend 15 mins in the thru to leave this underhanded review. The people skills at this location is sub par to say the least. They never have anything on the menu and make sure that you know they don't care. Not to even mention the manager Diana it's no wonder this staff has no sense of business skills. Save your money place is a joke
Customer service is ridiculous . Manager nelcy and apparently her favorite employee Jafny was being very rude and sarcastic. They never have any food ready and like to be very nasty about it . Didnt give me a full portion of meat because that was all they had left . Told the manager they didn't like this and she didn't care or bother to try and apologize . Everyone in this photo was talking smack in Spanish didn't know I understood every word.
