Mixed Italian sandwiches.
We flew in from Oregon and wanted a good sandwich. Read the reviews. Decided to go. The woman that helped us you could tell had been doing this for years. So nice. Asked us every question to help us design our own sandwich. Their menu is huge. I got a roast beef and American on sliced wheat with heavy mayo. Chips...a sweet tea and a red velvet cookie. We sat down and waited. The place was full of local working guys...so we knew it was going to be good. Our order came and just wow. A couple days ago we had some sandwiches at a New York deli in Orlando, and these were far better. The perfect balance. We will be back the next time we visit.
Amazing sandwiches! I had a pastrami and swiss on a hoagie and my husband had a roast beef and American cheese on wheat. They have a huge selection of sides, chips, drinks and cookies. The meat, cheese and veggies are obviously all sliced in house, everything is so flavorful and fresh. We will be repeat customers every time we come down south.
This place is so bad, very disgusting roaches were all over this place you just never notice them because it’s so busy and they don’t come out?. Staff was horrible arguing with customer one person a Caucasian boy with curly hair tried fighting the one customer and walking out to do so, a fat over weight “manager” lady and another girl who was dating the Caucasian boy were just horrible as a manager how do you let that happen? I come from France and have big following fan base, I promise I will not come back here this place is disgusting and foul. If I could give it no stars I would, I will never be back here just to see the way they treat their customers disgusting. No customer service and respect what so ever. This place is “known” to disinfect surfaces in between visits with customers and they don’t, maybe if they did they wouldn’t have roaches, I will be putting a call into health board for this, absolutely disgusting.
This place is horrific. I went in to order and everything looked fine until I heard the manager cursing on the phone being disrespectful next thing I know a girl and guy came in very upset and hurt the manager and whole entire staff the night of 5/16 was trying to intimidate this couple and things blew up bad. The only one I seen try to resolve things and not make things bigger was a dark skin guy who had twists he was very polite about everything tried getting the customers and staff to stop. Everyone else was trying to fight and very disrespectful. THIS IS NOT the way to take care of a business especially when your a manager I will not be coming back i didnt even eat here but this place loves the drama and inconsistency of making food i had to wait to place my order until the staff was done trying to fight WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?! ? like "oh wait instead of taking your order let me fight really quick and i will take your order" honestly won't be back this place disgusts me.
Just checked into a nearby hotel and needed a lunch. Just walking on Sterling St. and noticed a small sign for this slightly recessed shop. Have spent several winters nearby and never realized it was here since 1978.. What a find! Just wanted a sub but what a menu. I chose a Turkey with all the trimmings. Never had anything like this from a franchise shop. Loaded with well prepared, moist, tasty turkey with fresh add-ons. Look forward to returning soon. Unfortunately they close at 6PM.
Wost steak and cheese sub I every had. Meat has no flavor, guess it is not rib eye or flank. And a true steak and cheese sub is not made with cheese put onto and melted in microwave the best part of this meal was bag of Lay's chips. Guess looking at there phones was more important. It was my first time and my last. Miami subs serves a better steak and cheese sub.
Needed a sandwich and wanted a mom n pop place not a chain. Sandwiches were good size, fair price and service at counter great. Made sure order was complete.
We are currently in Dania Beach, FL. We found Mr. M's Sandwich shop and decided to give it a try, Great decision. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich - 9" - and were satisfied. The sandwiches were messy but delicious.
When I arrived at the site all the women were on the phones taking orders, supposedly, I waited at the register in the first place in a line of more than 10 people, I patiently waited for 15 minutes observing that everything was a mess and that they had no measures hygiene none, I saw that the order that I came to pick up was ready, the woman approached me and asked me with a bad attitude what I wanted? I explained I came to pick up an order, she told me to step aside and wait, she attended to 7 men who were behind me, I kept waiting next to the counter, far from the register but observing everything that happened, I told her I think that you have my order ready because I was looking at the name and she yelled at me and told me go and sit far away and when it's ready I'll call you, I told her I didn't want to sit down and she yelled at me again that she didn't want me close, that she go sit down; I didn't say anything to her and left; but I felt discriminated against perhaps for being a woman or for my skin or hair color, too; because the men were attended to quickly with a smile. I am a doctor and my time is very valuable, I do not plan to return to that restaurant because the customer service is very poor and with everything I saw in the lack of hygiene in food handling, I do not recommend it at all.
