Amazing bakery! Very well run and super clean. I was honestly amazed of how updated they were. Its been at that location since 1983.
This is a wonderful breakfast place. Freshly squeezed orange juice is fantastic. All the pastries are delicious. Love their cafe con levee. My favorite is their guava pastry. Parking is easy and the place is spacious and clean. The staff are great!
Food is good. Service not so good. The woman behind the counter who makes the coffee was rude and disrespectful on yesterday afternoon. Didn't appear interested in being there and was too busy cleaning the equipment than serving the line of customers that were building up. When she was called up on it, more disrespect. Customer service is not her strength ?
This was the place to go to get a taste of Cuba away from home for my father that is a Vietnam veteran with several medical problems result of the years in service. Until now, today I went to the store like always to buy him a pan con bistek like always, when I get home and he start eating it he start complaining that the steak is to thin but continues eating it, when he is almost done with the first have he opened and see a piece or chicharron, and he said this is pork, I check and is pork. I called Miramar Bakery right away and they answer on my 3rd intent. I explain the situation to the lady that answer the phone with the reply that everyone is laughing at the bakery, that what you want Me to do she ask and continue with... you already ate one half, eat the other one and shut up. To my surprise to see how they feel about their customers that they can treat them like that. After that she says that her manager said that they are closing for the day but to come back tomorrow that she will give me the half of a steak sandwich and she will eat the other half, the problem are not the words but the sarcastic way that she said all this. Hopefully they record they phone calls and another manager listen to the conversation and have the balls to recognize that is not the way to run a business. Tomorrow I will go with my father that is in a wheelchair to see if they have the balls to laugh in his face like they did over the phone.
I was in town this weekend from Orlando and was recommended your bakery omg Iām so glad that Julia from the Las Vegas Cuban restaurant sent my husband and I there!!! My only request is can you please open in Orlando!!! I live in Windermere but I will drive to whatever side you open one ??
I actually like the food and pastries here. However, I suggested this bakery to my place of employment and they agreed to put together a breakfast for our facility. When I call to place an order, they wont take it unless it is in person. I work 30 minutes away and work during their hours of business. I even offered to pay over the phone. This is so ridiculous. Get with the times. How is it possible that in our age of technology, I cannot place an order online or over the phone (completely paid for, might I add). How disappointing.Additionally, make it make sense. I just went to the website that lets me order and pay. However, not for the following day. It also asks for a 24 hr. notice but would be ready within the hour. So, why can't I make a purchase over the phone? What an inconvenience and lack of logic.I raised the stars from 2 to 4 because I decided to call one more time. I was greeted by a different person, Erica. What a completely different experience. She informed me how to make an order online and touch base with her to ensure I can pick up the following day by attaching a note to my order. This is how it should have been handled in the first place. It was quick, efficient, and pleasant. What a turn around! Thanks to Erica.
Nice staff helped with picking items. Packing, she handed me the bag, and the boxes were on the side. Not usually bad, but the fruit pie was side ways. The shoet rib and plaintain empanada was soo good wish i got more than 1. The chicken and beef were also very good.
They move fast to prepare your order. Everytime i have been here my food is hot a fresh. I love their steak sandwiches. Must try this place.
Pretty good, definitely not Vicky's bakery in Hialeah but good for a quick Cubano fix ā???
