This used to be the best McDonald’s!! I used to drive past my local one to pick up from here because it was one of the only ones that had the full menu after hours and made as fresh as can be but I moved closer and honestly the service and quality became worse! The wait time alone is horrible like gives a whole new meaning to fast food!! And if you are short staffed tell people through the speaker!! Don’t say one minute please and come back 20 minutes later!! Long story short I no longer go here.
Food is good, friendly staff, is just that bathroom is a bit creepy, and tables are not taken care of. I guess nobody cares, there was an employee taking her break next to the mess and didn't do anything about it... I went to let the manager know about the coke spilled on the table... And she couldn't care less... What's going on with these fast food restaurants nowadays... Looks like they are being downgraded to junk food and junk everything honestly....
So I came to the McDonald’s and I asked the person at the drive-through how to redeem these over 10,000 points reward points that I have. She didn’t ask for the manager the manager came out had no clue what I was talking about. So I can training at this McDonald’s is terrible considering that they’re starting pay is $11 an hour and I can’t even answer a simple question on how to use their rewards points.
This McDonald's always disappoints, understaffed, just horrible. How has this not been fixed? My average wait is 30 to 40 minutes. If I could give a zero, I would, the district manager needs to do something fast.... get it together.

Ice cream machine has been working consistently. Seriously for the past few months. It was bad before. Always not working at this location and had to go to the one on palm and Miramar.Hot pack of chocolate cookies are always great.
Good crew here. And nice restaurant vibe. It's McDonald's. Besides location and region, it's all a universal menu. Big Mac. But the staff. They were quick to my needs and made e feel comfortable even they knew already I kinda broke. ( Waiting on this job from Publix) But they worked with me and everything was ??. Od bless every staff member there.
Very rude young man at the drive thru with an earring in his ear. I asked the other team member his name and she said she didn't know. Really, you're working right next to your co-worker and you don't know his name?!..Ok rightManagement needs to know because rudeness will make customers go somewhere else and a job loss(es) could occur.
Managers, please renew this place! This is the most embarrassing MCDONALDS I have ever been in! Time to PAINT and REMOVE THE STICKERS! This looks like a GHETTO ?‼️
McDonald’s has been one of my most visited places for a quick bite, coffee and sweets. I happen to visit this location recently and I was pleased.Location - 5 Entry and exit to this location is very easy.Service - 4 Dine in service was good as they seem to serve more drive thru and delivery orders.Interior and seating- 3: Decor is classic and it needs a modern touch. It is small, but sufficient t.Cleanliness - 5: At the time of visit in the afternoon that day, it was clean. Restrooms were also kept clean.Staff - 5: very active, energetic and smily.This location has nice collection of some of various articles on the wall about travel and sports. It does take you back and it is very pleasing.No play house here.
