I had excellent service from the girl doing the drive-thru this morning, I believe her name was Janiah? But the manager was the opposite I could notice that the manager was constantly screaming for no apparent reason and she was visibly rude to the other customers there
I really like this McDonald's, I frequent at least once a week, sometimes twice with my grandson. Food is always hot, good customer service, still can't rate a 5 do to the long wait , through the drive through. They have been a little faster since school is out for the summer, but keep in mind you may have a little wait through the drive through.
this store is in a great location, but the crew that runs it is not doing their job in running it, not even at a normal service. when customers are missing items from thier order that they pay for, the right thing to do is correct the mistake and secure a great service.. store lacks a good crew that cares
had ordered using the mobile app and was charged through apple pay before i even pulled up (order closed and bank was charged in full). cashier was extremely rude and manager was even more disrespectful. refused to give me a refund OR my food, and instead shouted in my face and spoke over me without letting me get a single word in. trust me, go to literally any other mcdonalds in the area.
Worst experience from a server. She actually was upset I asked her a question about my order. She was insulted I had to ask. It was my fault for not seeing the last burger inside, but never the less she was rude. Never will I come again. Don’t know her name but she was skinny and had Long thread locks and very Young. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The lady's working were super nice. . The food was perfect and they even gave me napkins and the sauce I asked for.
Although the drive thru takes longer than usual it's completely worth it. The food was fresh and cashier was super nice.
I ordered two hamburgers two chicken nugget Happy Meals I paid for it through the first drive-through speaker the lady didn't understand me or two couldn't understand I don't know what it was her problem she spoke broken English do I get to the second window and they only give me one chicken nugget Happy Meal and two hamburgers so I requested another one and gladly pay for it she told me I couldn't do that I have to go all the way around and reorder again I said I'm not doing that then she threatened me to call the police if you don't do it so I drove off and left
Big Mac, chicken sandwich, 2 fries and iced tea. The workers, a bunch of kids standing around gossiping about someone at the drive-up window they apparently knew. Tables were dirty. When we got our food in a bag, no tray, we had to ask for ketchup and was handed two packs. I said I need more, we had 2 large fries, so she went back and grabbed 2 more and tossed them on the counter and walked away and said nothing. We sat down and then realized there was nothing on the sandwiches like special sauce, mayo, nothing at all. I went back up and s I approached she tossed two more ketchup packs on the counter. I said thanks sarcastically and told her there was nothing on the sandwiches. She asked me what I wanted with attitude so I just asked for mayo and of course she gave 2 packs and said nothing else. The owner needs to spend some time in the restaurant to see this behavior. I would can a few of them.
Great location. Prompt service. Nice staff working here. Very clean inside. Drive thru moves quickly. Conveniently located across from the Hard Rock. Ole time favorites like the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, and Fish Fillet await you. Good comfort food as always and always hits the spot. A++++++
