I was in drive thru side 2 but only side 1 was taking orders. Side 2 should have been blocked off. So I gave order at window and order was still wrong ☹️ But I can say very pleasant workers?
I wasn’t going to complain about the 20 minute wait for food. As I finished eating, on March 11 at 3pm, the entire restaurant hears one of the employees absolutely screaming and berating another employee. I think she was the manager, but I’m not sure. I think she was an older Hispanic woman. This went on for several minutes while diners started yelling how unprofessional she was being. We all felt bad for the guy she was yelling at. If she’s the manager or supervisor, she definitely shouldn’t be.
I tried to use the app. I wanted the free with $1 purchase pancakes. The app said they weren’t available at that time. I went inside cause it was my first time using the app. I chose free (first time using app) fries. The clerk told me it was too early. I asked for pancakes and when in tried to find the coupon in the app it was gone. He was not rude but couldn’t help me. I returned to my car and deleted the app. I’m actually happy this happened cause I don’t really want to eat fast food. I got interested it causes friends went on and on about the free pancakes. But this little disappointment helped me avoid temptation and reassert my self determination. I had coffee and milk and buttered bread and olives. That was a GOOD breakfast! Thanks McDonalds!
Absolutely the Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’ve been trying to order from this particular site for years but they have the absolute delays! It doesn’t matter the time of day.It’s like they only hire literally ONE cook and one person to barely take drive-through orders
This place opens late and closes early ..I don't get it. The lobby is closed at 6:50am and at 10:15 pm Your starting your day to jump on the TRI-RAIL and on an empty stomach thanks to MCDONALD'S. Start going to BURGER KING! More DEPENDABLE
I'm been coming to this particular place and let's just say the place is slow on the drive thru and the times when I have come they dont have anything available besides combos ....no frappes ice cream cheese burgers ets... and sometimes orders have missing stuff
The worst place that I haven't seen ever before.Slow service, everywhere was dirty!!!!.I understand that sometimes there is no personal for work but I think they must clean the place, we are customers and we are paying for a service.
This is a fairly new location. Upon my visit last yesterday they had some minor repairs or construction going on. Went through the drive-through the lady was very nice. The fries were perfect but my sandwich was so greasy I couldn't eat it. I told them about the sandwich and they made me a new one no problem it was fine. Even though they were busy things moved Fairly quickly. The ice cream machine was of course not working. I got a Frappuccino instead.
Sign on door said hours of operation store opens @ 6:00 am. Arrived 6:10 am. McDonald’s employee (male) sitting on curb smoking said “they don’t open til 6:30 ? “ I see cars going thru drive-thru. Get to drive thru speaker ? & place my order. Same dude that was outside smoking ? says “ da only thang ready is hash browns & oat meal” So I say no problem and waited at front door with more customers now waiting. Looking thru window employees, cashiers with yellow shirts simply on their cell phones seated on the bar stools in lobby. It’s now 6:30 am & another customer knocks on glass door asking “are you open !?” The employee now tell us that drive thru is open. I place my order at Drive thru and the SAME sorry ? employee says “It won’t be ready til 7:00 am” I said “YOU said that you’d be open @ 6:30am! (As if people have time to wait 30 min to 1 hr” ?♂️ So he just ignores me. I say “hello!”He says in a derogatory tone like customers are bothering him at his JOB “If you don’t wanna wait, you can go to anotha sto”. I was out! Don’t even waste your time on this LAME ? McDonald’s. No apology or reason given. And the audacity to post a HIRING NOW sign ? ? ? ? for $13/hr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Puleeeease!!
The absolute worst McDonald's. Screw up every order. Then I order on the app to pick up in store and the door is locked 30 people in the drive through. Waited 20 minutes, order was never made no one opened the door. What a horrible place.
