Enjoyed the convivence of going to lobby for great cup of coffee in morning to watch Sunrise. Coffe was very good.
The iced latte tasted like pure milk, but the cookie was good.

We had so much fun here. All staff were super nice and friendly. Oceanfront room was spectacular. Food was amazing especially the room service. They make it easy to order from your phone … even cocktails. We are definitely coming back ?❤️

If you get an ocean view room it's 100% worth the money. The ocean view room has a lovely spacious balcony with deck chairs and a side table. We were on the 17th floor so our room overlooked the 11th-floor pool deck as well as the ocean. The room itself was a little beat up from use but it's a hotel room so it's not going to be pristine. It was clean that's the biggest issue. You can request a microwave for your room they are not standard and our room had a small refrigerator even though the description said they do not have them. I guess some rooms do some do not. Our coffee service was never replaced after we used it. Our room was only cleaned about every other or every third day. There was no consistency in the cleaning schedule. The hotel floors are only available via your room key. You have to put your room key to the elevator pad to be able to choose your floor. The only exception to this is the 11th floor because of the adult-only pool deck, all parking floors, and the lobby is accessible from the elevator without the room key. You will also need your room key to access the pools and the property gates that lead out to the Broadwalk. The onsite restaurants are extremely convenient and there is poolside food and beverage service. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that sells breakfast and on-the-go sandwhiches. The breakfast is supposed to be served all day but I have discovered it depends on who is working that day whether or not they will honor all-day breakfast. There is a clothing/gift shop on site with some minor toiletries if needed. The onsite laundry is complimentary no quarters needed. It's part of your daily resort fee charge. Valet or self-park and the self-park is part of the building so self-park is no challenge. Self-park is an add'l $30/day valet is $35 so not part of your daily resort fee. Bike rentals are included in your daily resort fee strongly recommend you take a ride on the Broadwalk we did several times and it's very enjoyable. The back of the hotel lets out onto the Broadwalk for beach and restaurant access. The hotel also offers two beach chairs towels and an umbrella on the beachside as part of your resort fee. The staff in general pretty much embody the Jimmy Buffet feel some of them are soreheads but that's just people. The access to food and shopping and direct beach access and the general environment make this hotel worth what you pay. We have been here since Dec 30th flying home on Sunday the 16th and will definitely stay here again.
Resort is beautiful! Decor in the lobby is amazing! Loved the variety of pools and bars/restaurants. The pool was heated and the water slide and waterfall were awesome! Wish the land shark pool bar had frozen drinks but the margaritas were pretty good! The pools do close at dusk, would’ve been cool to swim in them at night while they were lit up. Love the balconies for the rooms and the Margaritaville chairs on the balcony! Overall, great resort!! We had an amazing time :)
