The customer service here needs big improvement! Language barriers doesn’t mean you can’t have good customer service. Called and placed an order for my lunch. The lady (spoke Spanish mainly) said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Left work to go pick it up and she tells me they gave my order to someone else and that they weren’t making anymore of what I ordered for the day. Didn’t offer me anything else on the menu, no apologies, nothing! Just walked away from the counter like nothing. Yeah I definitely won’t be returning here again! I don’t even know how places like this stay in business. This is horrible and almost discriminatory. If your black going into this establishment be very cautious.
Came here with my sister and a friend because he hyped it up significantly. They did not disappoint. The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us, was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean. The ceviche was flavorful and fresh. Lomo salteado was hot and well seasoned. Definitely will revisit and recommend this whole in the wall spot.
Excellent! Small place, not fancy. Good prices. Every dish was great tasting: ceviche, causa de camaron, salchipapa con chaufa, jalea, and torta helada :) Update: I keep going to Kausitas because of their authentic flavor (no weird names for dishes or fusion cuisine) just traditional Peruvian food. I tried their "Tallarines verdes con lomo" and they were delicious! Also, they have renovated the restaurant and the decoration looks beautiful. Keep up the good work!
Very good and delicious food. Service is great. Fernanda is very kind and makes you feel welcomed every time.
Never let your self hide in your own comfort zone. Never had Peruvian food before an I will recommend this place as a must try. Flavor packed in every bite. My wife an I loved every bite.
The food and the service was awesome!! Yesterday was my first time in this place and had the best Chaufa ever. I really like rice so Fernanda recommended it and I just loved it! She was very kind and patient with us explaining the whole menú. Very nice place!
Very clean place. Staff are very friendly and kind. Delicious food. If you want to try Peruvian food, you’re at the right place.
Great food and the staff is friendly. The service was fast and food was good value.
An exceptional family-owned restaurant with friendly staff and atmosphere. We're always pleased to dine here. Their food is amazing, the customer service is top-notch, and the service is fast. On our last visit, I got to try some craft beer straight from Peru and the owner even treated us some extra treats after our meal! Highly recommend the ceviche, anticuchos, and the yuca fries.
Was in the area and in the mood for some Peruvian food. I got the Kausa de camarón Which was decent and my friend ordered the yuca fries a la huancaina which were 8.50. Ordered to go when we got to our air b n b sad to say only 5 yuca fries were in the container. Smh. For 8.50 how much was each fry 2.00? Unbelievable. I could have gone to pollo tropical and gotten a bunch more for 4.00. The portion of yuca fries given was like a quarter what it should have been. 8.50 for 5 fries. Do jot recommend this place.
