We really liked our meals here. Very tasty. Interestingly enough, I asked for ‘mojo’ and got the furrow brow ? Asked for ajo and got it. The atmosphere is calm and the food is consistent. That’s important. Really good café con Leche.
Went there on a very busy day and they sat us quite quickly, food was average, service was good. Beans were kind of dry on all plates, Filete the pollo the best dish of all moist and decent portion. Stay away from "vaca frita" it was soo dry, hard and salty... total disappointment.

While waiting for our connecting flight from Fort Lauderdale to LAX, I searched up Cuban food near airport and Las Vagas Cuban Restaurant came up. At first I was hesitant since saw 4.5 star review but it was the closest option to airport. We all loved all the food we ordered here! From the chicken plate, to paella, to bean & rice & flan everything was delicious! We had Cuban food at Versailles in Miami and many other Cuban restaurants. This was by far the most authentic & delicious Cuban we have had outside of Cuba!
Food was amazing, everything was great. If you have a bit of a layover at FLL it's totally worth a couple Ubers for real food. Highly recommend!!
Julia, our waitress, was amazing! She even personally made our crème brûlée which was also amazing. I’m glad we ended up splitting our meal because the portions were rather generous! Would definitely return if we’re ever in the area again!

What an amazing experience. The food was serve quickly it was fresh and delicious. It was a a lot! Anna makes the best margarita. She was attentive to all our needs. I recommend this place.
