Great service, awesome nachos/drinks ?
The first two times we ate there we had wonderful quick service and good food. Unfortunately on our last day of vacation, we sat for over 15 minutes without getting waited on even though numerous staff members passed us. After asking three different people if we could have service, we were greeted rudely and rushed with no apologies whatsoever. Numerous other people around us also did not get served and got up and left.
I had the shrimp tacos and my friend had the fish tacos. The food was “okay”, it could’ve been a more flavorful. We had a great server name Sarah. All the employees were friendly and professional. It was a busy weekend, the hostess stated that the wait time would be thirty minutes but it was about five. I would definitely go again. Also, I’d recommend to others.
We are down here twice a year and this place has really gone downhill over the past few years. Still great views and a great vibe, but my margarita tasted like dishwater and my blackened mahi sandwich (which was NOT cheap) had a thin strip of fish with absolutely ZERO blackening. So disappointing.
After a nice day of sun, beach, and sand my sister, brother in law and me, decide to stop over here for a nice meal. Our experience was not the best, our service was very slow, although she asked for forgiveness, and confessed to us that was her first day on the floor.Our food was very bad, my sister and brother in law order burgers each one, and they did not like it and did not finish it, I order the Golden fried shrimp with served with cocktail sauce andlattice chips or French fries for 2 dollars extra, the shrimp was a bit too salty, I did not like it.The view was excellent, there was a lived band playing that night nearby with we could see from our table with was the best part of the night, and also the view that we had of the pool of the hotel or the beach, that feel like we where in a VIP table.

Gina, our server was the best! very attentive, friendly and just great at what she does. Turkey club was good, margaritas ? even better! ??..overall, it was a great experience.
