Excellent Service - All the way from Host, to waiters to Manager (Adham) were Outstanding. Exceptional food and drinks. Highly recommended for couples, business and families.
Overall, food was good, but very pricey. Typical resort prices. I would not recommend this place for maki rolls, which were nothing special. If looking for just sushi rolls, go elsewhere. The green goddess salad was our favorite from the menu. We had Brussels sprouts, Wagyu tacos, sushi rolls, soft shell crabs, and drinks.
Awful service. My family and I had dishes served 20-40 min apart.By the time we all received our meals, the first person served had a soggy tamaki. The manager made little effort to make up the disaster even though our waiter asked for support.

Kuro is a well decorated space with a lot of possibility to become a fine dining restaurant. The food is great and the service at the table is top notch. Now, the not so good part: - The hostess: young individuals that probably have no experience with fine dining customers and therefore dont have idea of the service level that it requires. - The music: when we first got there the music they were playing was loud and abnoxious. It was difficult to hear each other. They did changed it and lower the volume half way into our experience. I dont think we will be back since its not so easy to get to the restaurant and it was not an experience that deserves another try.

My girlfriends and I went for a birthday and all I can say was that we picked the best possible place. The restaurant itself is very pretty and the decor is amazing. The center bar has a beautiful centerpiece that you wonât get tired of looking at. We ordered almost everything in the menu, as itâs one of those shared menus for the whole table. Everything was so delicious we kept ordering more. I can honestly say Iâll be back!
