Pizza came with no sauce but their site never specified it came that way. It was very oily and the cheese had no flavor.Garlic rolls were burnt, way to big, and had no garlic in them. The parmesean cheese on them is very waxy and leaves a bad after taste.
The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I ordered shortly before they closed, apparently they were too lazy. It tasted like a cardboard box. It taste like it was sitting in the freezer for years before it was heated up in the oven. It didn't have a hint of freshness in it. The bacon was so old, it looked grey!! This right here is a poor representation of New York. Never been there but wouldn't want to go.
Being a restaurant manager myself I get how stressful the job can be however if you don’t want to make food up until 2 am .. close earlier. Placed a order at 1:00 am got a text in 10 minutes that it was ready .. and when I get there there’s a bunch of people sitting in cars waiting and when I questioned it..” because we close soon” was the reply …my time is just as important.. I’m torn because I do enjoy their pizza but I enjoy and appreciate GOOD customer service a bit more..
my friends and I ordered through uber eats, we didn’t receive our order instead we received someone else’s. we called the store and they told us we had to call uber eats and demand them to come and pick the wrong order up and deliver it to the right people. (not caring we had already touched the wrong order thinking it was ours at first) we were also told that they were going to call uber eats and get someone to pick up our order and bring it to us. after another hour of waiting, we called again and they said no one came to pick our pizza up so we told them we were going to pick it up ourselves. after we drove there, they refused to give us part of our order because we didn’t “bring back the wrong order” even though we payed for our whole order, delivery, and tip. and they told us to call and get the wrong order picked up by uber eats.
First time ordering from here, I use Uber eats to deliver and it’s was very fast, food was really good huge slices I highly recommended open til late ⏰Thank you JoJos for the late snack, I will be back
Interesting take on pizza. Garlic knots was just burnt bread rolls with garlic crumbs on top, very bland. They did not look like the ones on the website
I’m disappointed. Their garlic rolls are dry and burnt. I came all the way from Miami to be highly disappointed. Then the lasagna is more cheese and very little noodles. For $15.00 I am very upset. My appetite is destroyed. I will stick to Eastside Pizza in Miami. No stars if I could.
I ordered on Uber Eats today. The pizza was sweet and salty? And the wings were similar to the fatty breaded ones served at 7/11. I was given Texas Pete 99 cent hot sauce as the hot wing sauce and some icky garlic parmesan sauce. I was very displeased.
Excellent service! The food here is great, the prices are reasonable, but what we really enjoyed was the outstanding service. The employees took WONDERFUL care of us. I can truly say this was the best service with a smile we have ever received. Well done!!!
