Ordered online. I get to the store and they have the doors locked. It's 8:30pm, it doesn't close until 9pm, they took my money, they were inside not responding to me or my calls. Then started yelling at me. What the heck kind of business is this!?! How do you take people's money and lock their food inside and yell at your own paying customers?!?!?!?!??!?! Never again.You people better give me a refund.
Ordered 4 tuna sandwiches but instead was sent 4 pieces of bread with nothing inside called store to fix issue they said we don't have any more drivers it will take 2 hours to get my sandwiches redelivered. What is going on with this location?
Getting to the location was easy. Parking was open. The young man that was the cashier was average. Not really friendly but not to unpleasant. I've had a better experience at this particular location. It's those first impressions that are the lasting one's. Just some food for thought for this location.
STOP, don't order from this location. I have been a repeat customer for years. Sometimes even multiple times a week. Past couple of months they have been having delivery issues. Deliveries take over an hour that is IF they deliver your food. Tonight I waited for 1 hour and 15mins until I called to find out where my order was only to be told they don't have drivers. This is not the first time they don't have drivers. But the worst part is I did not receive an app notification, phone call, or an email to notify me that my order was cancelled. In additon, they had NOT refunded my order even though they canceled it, the manager had to refund it manually while I was on the phone. This place is going down the tubes. The manager told me they will have drivers "every couple of days" . I wonder what corporate will think about that considering their marketing is all about getting your food to you fast. Avoid this place. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I was just at this location about 30 minutes ago.3 people are working store is very clean and the employees were very nice as one was being trained as well. I like this location and the employees. Thank you for great positive attitude and service

I usually order via their online ordering system. They've never gotten my order wrong and it's always there when it's time for me to go get it. Their order tracking system is a big plus.
I went into Jimmy Johns on Sunday afternoon and asked for a BLT. I WAS SERVED RAW BACON!!!! The woman behind the country was training a gentlemen as well and poor guy was being treated so rudely!!!! I will NEVER GO TO Jimmy Johns on Holloywood Blvd again!!!! Or the franchise for that matter. She should be fired!!!!
Tried calling at 6:49pm, 11 minutes before close and the phone kept ringing. It was Saturday night and I had looked up their hours and saw they were still open till 7pm. So naturally, I tried again and the phone just kept ringing. So we pulled up at 6:58 and were greeted by a really disgruntled woman, unhappy to see us walk in. We knew why she was mad, we actually work in the restaurant biz ourselves, but her level of fuming was something else.A good employee would just hold it in, smile and give good service, because that's what hospitality is all about. Instead she was vocal about how upset she was. "UNBELEIVABLE" "I GOT TO UPACK THIS FOR JUST ONE SANDWICH" To me, it was borderline comical, like from a movie. She continued to address us in a rude manner, but I wasn't about to respond in anger and make everyone's night worse, I was hungry and just wanted to eat. If she had just picked up the phone and taken the order at 6:50pm, she would have been out at 7 on the dot, instead my intrusion made her leave closer to 7:05pm. Terrible right? How awful of me to come in during business hours and expect a meal.My brother and I were joking that we probably shouldn't eat the sandwich, but I doubt she would have done anything malicious to it to spite us. Lady if you're reading this you need to calm down, practice patience, and realize it's not that serious. You signed up for this job and it's what probably pays your rent, kids schooling, etc.This review was my way of venting and sharing this bad experience in hopes that no one else has to go through this bad Jimmy Johns experience. Go to Sub Center down the street or Mr. M's on Stirling instead.
