Great ocean front hotel. Nice pool and food and drink services. Enjoyed this location very much!

More like cockroachville! This place was absolutely disgusting and the staff completely ruined my wedding day. we were disrupted in our room on 3 occasions when I was trying to get ready for my wedding. They kept telling me I needed to come down to the desk right away for a card issue. Each time I went down, there was no issue at all and they acted clueless as to why I was told to come down in the first place. This hotel had cockroaches everywhere, maintenance issues, and stains all over the carpets in the room. Oh and to top it all off the manager Alicia said "her staff wouldn't do that" as to say as though we were lying about the hotel staff coming to our room on multiple occasions I was late to my own wedding because of this terrible staff. They don't treat you like a guest and it's not work $500! Clean up your bugs and your attitude margaritaville! gross
We try to go to the Margaritaville bar when we are in different places that have them. This one is located within a hotel. Outside is a big stage which had a concert going on when we arrived. Parking was kind of a pain, but we were able to get some. We went to make a reservation for 9 people for dinner and was told that there was about a 1 hour wait. Because we were not guest at the resort hotel, we would not be seated together. We were able to go to the gift shop and looki around. They had a very good assortment of merchandise there to choose from. We went to the bar and ordered a round of drinks while we waited to be seated. One of our groups got seated, then about 5 minutes our other group was seated. We ended up being seated next to each others tables, with the same waitress. Did not make much sense that we could not just join tables. We ordered the Seafood Mac & Cheese, Cheesburger in Paradise and a Chicken Cesar Salad. Lots of shrimp in the Mac & cheese, was light on the Crab meat. The sauce was very good. The other 2 dishes were very good also. Ordered the key lime pie for desert. Waitress was great, fast and friendly for being new. Very knowledgeable of the menu.
Came here twice so far and I must say that I love it here. No wait time as i got in right away.The staff is very friendly, inviting and attentive. The atmosphere is nice and the music is great as well. A great variety of food and drinks to choose from. I got the last Mango in paris which is a popular drink and it was very good. The appearance is a little off as I feel it looked more like a soda. Could diffently use more of an upscale drink appearance with a fruit garnish and not just a lime. For appetizers I also got the lava lava shrimp that was different but really good and the Buffalo wings were definitely a hit with extra Bleu cheese on the side. This is a great place to visit for date night, girls night out or even happy hour with co workers. I can see myself coming back as I had a great experience.
Came for morning drinks and small breakfast. Bacon was cooked well drinks were well made only downfall was the sausage links were a little chew doe our liking.
I would hope by staying at the resort you would get a table before anyone walking in, but its first come first served. There was half the tables open but a 2 hour wait. A lack of help for sure. We finally got sat. The band played in an hour an dour plan was to eat and stay and watch the band. Service was slow, getting food was even slower. The drinks were good. But after eating, it was like we were rushed to pay and go. The whole reason for choosing this resort was the ability to eat and drink in Margaritaville. The food was really good, just late. I was disappointed as hanging here having fun with the band was my sold nights plan
Horrible experience and service On Monday February 7 my friends and I made a special trip to Margaritaville Restaurant in Hollywood Florida As we was waiting to Be seated the host took 15-20 To seat us after we was finally seated we waited. Up to 30 minutes and there was no server We got up and walked out and went to another restaurant Was very disappointed we were there to toast a friend who passed in 2020 When I told someone they did not care or apologize
Came on here to say what a wonderful experience we had. More than anything, the staff was so kind and helpful. From making reservations to especially our waiter, Carlton - wow. Talk about going above and beyond. He was so kind to our whole family, but especially our 6 year old son. Truly a gem of this place. My kids loved the kids pasta! We loved the drinks ;) Would come back if only just for Carlton! (Posted on yelp but needed to post here too!)
Had some cocktails at the beach bar and then more late night in the main restaurant that night. The prices are reasonable and the band that was playing in the evening was outstanding. All parrot heads will love this place.!
