We ate at this super cute place last night and let me tell you every appetizer that we had was so amazing we ordered doubles. Unfortunately when they brought us our main course everything was cold and burnt. I ordered a rib for $60 and it was full of fat and disgusting.. The server was a super cute French guy that was lacking a lot we had to keep asking for napkins and silverware they didn’t even bring us water to our table and then when we try to order our wine they didn’t have anything that was on their menu we could only buy the $80 bottle of wine that was left. I couldn’t believe we spent $600 at a burger joint and had terrible service. I do think this place has a lot of potential but they just need to work on it
We waited 40 minutes for BBQ wings. We also got 2 burgers that were mediocre at best. We got the Mexican and the "better" both were tasteless as were the sides that came along.Wings, 2 burgers and 2 cans of soda came out to $90.00. It's overpriced for bad food that took too long to to make
Honestly one of the best experiences I can remember at a restaurant. Covered all the bases perfectly- food was delicious, service was quick and friendly, check was reasonable, and great ambience. We were seated quickly, order was taken promptly, staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, and we did not have to wait for our food.All in all, just a fantastic experience.
Super impressed! The ambiance was inspirational. The food was exquisite. The service was brilliant!They even bought an NFL membership just so that we can watch and enjoy. Harel was a great waitress taking care of every detail from serving to taking professional pictures making the whole experience that much better! Definitely recommend coming here.
Absolutely worth 5 stars, to the least!My husband (who lovesss meat) loved this place and ate there multiple times. I skipped since I'm vegetarian. Tonight, I decided to check the menu just in case something there is parve. I entered the place and right away was welcomed by the owner. After asking him for vegetarian dishes, he even gave me a few options. I went with the impossible burger which was unbelievably good (beyond burger). Even the fries were fried separately from the meat! They were so nice and helpful. It was worth the price, and was affordable. Will absolutely recommend eating there!!
These people refuse to pay folks the money that is owed to them. DO NOT SUPPORT them. They owe over a thousand dollars to someone I know personally who had COVID replaced him and dodged him for weeks when he called asking for his money after months of not getting paid the correct amount of hours owed to him. The owner is a fraud and should not be in business. Will be reporting to the BBB in hopes of getting this terrible human and this awful restaurant investigated and shut down and this person the money owed to him. DO NOT SUPPORT!!
Tasty burger cooked a bit under. If you want med-rare ask for medium or medium-well. Onion rings were way too oily. That being said, I would return and order a different side.
I really enjoyed my stay, the burgers were something spectacular, the service was great, but badly priced at all, would recommend getting the AUGNO (something spelt like that) instead of the Cheese and Bacon.
Came to HBK burger for date night and me and my husband loved the food and atmosphere here. So delicious and kindly received a on the house brisket appetizer it was DELICIOUS come visit if you keep kosher or not the food here is great
The ribs we're ice cold inside after I was told it would take 30 minutes to make the dish. I'm assuming it's frozen and they heat it up but this time they didn't fully reheat it.Onion rings were good though.Tried calling the kitchen several times but no one picked up so I'm posting this.
