I love Haagen Dazs ice cream, it’s always so creamy and delicious. This shop has very friendly staff and a wide range of flavors. If you’re on Hollywood beach I would definitely recommend coming here to fulfill your sweet tooth cravings. In addition to ice cream they also have coffee drinks which were good too. Nothing better that having coffee and ice cream with a beach view!
To be honest, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The girl working rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a sample after rudely saying “oh you’re next? What do you want.” Ice cream was good though, but $17 for two cones is outrageous, especially when the people working act like you’re an inconvenience to them for existing.
Pitiful. $30 delivered by uber eats. Cup is three quarters full on both sundaes. Do better.

Stopped in here twice while on vacation and the lady who helped us was amazing. I told her to surprise me both times and she didn't let me down. Very friendly and attentive.
Went into Haagen Dazs on the beach today with my husband and two children because it looked like a cute spot. Minute I walked in I almost walked out. The place was a mess and dirty. The only reason we stayed was because of William. He was so sweet and knowledgeable of the menu. Gave us “stellar sundaes” for our children and I ordered a shake while my husband got a coffee drink. Beautiful service. His coworkers on the other hand need work. Horribly managed! William deserves more there!
It's the same ice cream they always have. Good drinks and friendly service on the beach. What could go wrong?
For almost 10 bucks you get a milkshake that is basically all milk... No thickness whatsoever. It's a shame all these little places on the Broadwalk are tourist trap rip off joints..
Very conveniently located because enjoying an ice cream by the hot beach is the best. There were so many flavors and toppings to try from. Staff member William was friendly and helped me pick out my choice. I had a waffle cup with vanilla ice cream, bananas, dulce de leche, and whipped cream on top. It was amazing, I ate every last bit lol. My friend had the pistachio and her was really good as well.
Great place to have ice cream on Hallandale Beach. This area is a replica of Miami Beach area. Just Beautiful
