GoBistro is quite hidden if wasn't for the pinkish neon lighting the entrance! But I can say that was an amazing surprise! Food is great and everyone there was super friendly. I didn't tried but if you like Sake they have a good variety. Conclusion: great place! I'm sure coming back!
Second time here.Their sushi rolls and bao buns are great! The ramen could be improved with more depth in flavor and better noodles, but I definitely enjoy the amount of scallions they add to the tonkotsu ramen! My favorite roll is the tuna crunch. The chicken bao bun was delicious! The chicken split apart perfectly, was crispy but still juicy, and the sauce complemented it well.The service was immediate, my partner and I popped in at 9pm on a Saturday and were seated immediately (we were also only 2 people). The bao buns came within 5 minutes of ordering, the sushi came soon after, and the ramen came as soon as we were finishing the sushi roll.
One of my favorite ramen, sushi, & Japanese spots in South Florida. They have a great lunch menu and a huge menu with everything from buns to sashimi, and from curry ramen to spam musubi. Everything we tried from here was extremely tasty. Will definitely be back soon to explire the menu some more!
Awesome outside seating with prob the best sushi I ever had in my life. I had friend with benefits roll, mr. Miyagi roll, dragon roll and some roll I don’t remember exact name but something seafood bomb roll. Our waiter roman( originally from Ukraine was extremely nice helpful and knowledgeable. Note to owner/management : don’t lose him as an employee
the food IS THE BEST IN THE AREA! In fact, we often go from Coral Gables just to eat there for more than 3 years. only the service is getting worse and worse, if you sit outside and you get a blond waiter, you better leave! I have had 3 very bad experiences with him, when the previous waiters made the experience even better! , and if they tell you to go in (because it's raining), and you sit where this young man doesn't like, prepare to be scolded, you must clarify that only one person pays, because they would split the bill and it will be a problem for them to make a single payment. I repeat, it is the best food in Miami, but if you go, and there is no space inside, order to go. because this young man will definitely ruin (or try to) ruin your night (once, we understand, the second, Well, bad luck, but the third, already he has a serious problem with politeness and kindness.
Our party of 3 dined outside. I had "The Hangover" ramen bowl, our son had the curry ramen, and my wife had some sushi but I do not recall which selection. All three were very tasty. They also had a good selection of saki and Asian beer. Service was quite slow but we were in no hurry. I would eat there again if I lived in the area.
Wonderful experience. Great food and kind servers. First time enjoying Ramen and I loved it. I am already planning my next visit.

I really love this spot!!! They have indoor and outdoor seating and we sat outside cause it was a nice day out.The location is small but so cute there are many other restaurants next door and a Axel throwing place Infront. Very nice location to do many things. You do have to pay for parking. They have side parking and I think it was best to park by the railroad tracks. It's a very short walk like a minute or two.The food was so good! Everything tasted amazing!! The chicken bao was so delicious!!! And the miso tofu was also very delicious and filling. We ordered one soup, chicken bao, saki, one soda and Dynamite rolls and a dessert and spent 70 with tip already included. I thought everything tasted really good. The saki is on the expensive side in my opinion but was still good to try! And I loved the dessert it was two deep fried Oreos with a strawberry mochi in-between so good!!
Love their Tom Yum Ramen (I add an extra egg) Also they have delicious appetizers- highly recommend trying the hamachi jalapeño or tuna tataki!
