I feel compelled to write a review. I know the food is good when the customer service is good and I know the quality from the brand. I attempted to order from El Paso 2 here in Florida but ended up ordering from El Paso in NC, here! The staff was so kind and helpful and have issued a refund. This place already has great reviews. Ill be sure to stop by if ever in NC. Absolutely amazing customer service and reverence to customers. God Bless
First ⭐️ = PlaceSecond ⭐️ = ChefService makes this place loose ⭐️s. Asked for manager unfortunately no ? manager. That says a lot. Oh well maybe owners don’t care for repeat customers. All three servers on duty lack experience. It’s customary to help each out so you have the customers coming back and filling place which represents $$$$, but if you’re not in business to make ?then the customers suffer. What a Friday night dinner disappointment.
My child was choking on his dried bistec tacos , no refills ? Service was slow. Told us to just choose a table. We had food all over our chairs. Food was bland no flavor. Right after started having gastric issues……
I ordered six tacos of meat after eating two tacos and a half and establishing that it was way to salty I notify the waitress. The waitress took three tackles and a half to the kitchen and brought back two. When I received the bill I noticed that I was being charged for six tacos and not five I'm not going to argue about the other half of Taco that I left. Very rudely she says that it was only two tacos I asked her to please verified. When she gave me the bill she had corrected it five tacos instead of six and a question were you able to take notice very rudely she replied it was only two but it's okay I only charge you I for five in a form like she was doing me a favor. I have never complained about a meal in any type of restaurant that I've ever gone to nor send a meal back. But with this waitress attitude and the poor meal. She teach me a fundamental lesson whenever I encounter a meal in the future that is of the disliking immediately I will stop it right there and not try to make any type of accomodations for them to make it right. This person is highly on educated and should not be servicing any type of customer. She represents the establishment very poorly.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Service was horrible, bad attitude from both servers and they took forever to do anything even though there was Max 4 tables, we asked for napkins and they stayed quiet so we asked one more time and their response was “I heard you, I’m really busy”. Food was good even though it was cold and we weren’t the only table that complained about food being cold. On top of everything they proceeded to include the tip on our bill when the menu says it’s only included for parties of 5 and more, we were 4.
My wife and daughter are now throwing up after having dinner there last night. We have eaten there many times and never had any problems. I think the is a new cook cause I kept smelling burnt coming from the kitchen

We’ve never actually sat in inside we’ve just got takeout twice from this place , the food is okay . We got flautas which were two huge fried tortillas filled with chicken but kind of burned and my bf got the burrito verde which he said the chicken tasted like a chicken soup lol Tons of chicken and the rice and beans was really good . The refried beans come with tons of cheese unless specified otherwise. Will go back to try something different but overall not too bad
We haven't visited this restaurant for a few years, but had a yearning for Mexican food. We had two very good meals, good but not overwhelming portions, cold cervezas - all reasonably priced. Atmosphere was friendly family neighborhood. We'll return much sooner!
Food was horrible. My burrito was cold in the middle had the worst flavor .meat was dry and tasted like shoe leather.told the waitress she was rude .we never got our drinks refills they acted like they were mad because we reported that our food was nasty .first time I've never left a tip.
