This is the worse location to go to. Stop going there. I told the manager today that his workers need to improve because the service has gotten worse and his argued with me about his sales have gone up. What manager does that? Poor service for the past year plus. Go to Taft they are friendlier and the service is much better and easier. I will drive the extra mile from now on
I just started coming to this location, wether it’s lunch or munchies at 1:30 am lol but for the customer service they give and the way they make their food and beverages I give 5+ stars, keep up the great work guys ?
The most Ghetto store I ever worked at. they Definitely not organized the wait for your orders are way to long all the time ? 3 managers & they still can't get things right it's a Dam shame I wouldn't recommend nobody to work here they are ?️
Friendly, fast service. I ordered various coffees and sandwiches and all were done correctly. My jelly donut actually had plenty of jelly, that was a nice surprise!
This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts because they ate always friendly, donuts are fresh, and orders usually correct.
Came on March 18,2022. Ordered an iced latte with oat milk, caramel, and cold foam. Told them halfway oatmilk half cold foam. They didn’t do that AND didn’t put caramel but charged me for it. Also ordered a hot chocolate made with cream instead of whole milk. It tasted like milk, no chocolate AT ALL. I’m not even being dramatic. Threw it away. I also ordered 2 wake up bacon wraps beside a bagel and sausage sandwich. They didn’t give me the wake up wraps AND they charged me for that. They literally didn’t get a single thing right. Do NOT go to this location.
zero stars this place always eithers puts too muchs sugar on my drink or they leave it warm witjout ice. the fat lady with the curly hair who works here is extremely rud she roll her eyes at me when i told her to correcm y drink. she threaten to clal the police on me if i didnt stop yelling at her well how am i supposed to not yell hen u cant do ur job!!!!
They have improved from the last time fast order placement and received it around the afternoon. Even with a huge drive-through line, they were not disorganized or at least not to my eyes. The manager seemed to be involved which is definetly a nice change.
Why order for "cutb-side" if no one EVER brings it out! Second time this has happened. I am highly upset this morning. Been waiting almost 12 minutes to go inside and it's there on yhe counter but nobody brought it out. Signs of LAZINESS! I'm so fed up with this location. Will be my last time going. I can't do this anymore. It's to early in yhe morning for me to be this upset. Not worth it. Count your days DD.
