Ignore me for a while. I asked if it was opened since no one was coming at the front counter. They said yes. I asked for a bagel and they responded they decided to not serve food because they are 2 employees and don’t want to go back and forth.
My husband ordered 6 dozen donuts for work and was given stale donuts in 4 of the boxes. He tried to call and make contact ahead but you literally can not get a hold of anyone in that store. He was pretty embarrassed to feed that to his bosses and coworkers. Sad cuz his company caters a lot of meals for their employees, This Dunkin will never see a dime and lost quite a few customers, the people who ate those were so disappointed. It was very sneaky of y'all to not say a peep and take the money and hand over trash. Just shut it down already.........
The absolute worst service I've ever received. We had to wait a half hour for two breakfast sandwiches which we never got because we just left. The person who took the order didn't say a single word to us. She just looked at us and waited for us to tell her the order and then nodded at the credit card machine. We ended up leaving without our order because there were three parties ahead of us in line after waiting a half hour. This store needs a serious evaluation by management.
One of the worst ever. Always getting my orders wrong. And when I fix them if it's food the food is giving back cold. Attitude. The worst. I was charged higher than what was on the menu, when I brought it up, they said it's because the next week prices are changing but you CHARGED ME MORE NOW. No apologies for their mistakes which is alot. Everyone always looks like they just rolled out of bed.
The FACT THAT MANAGEMENT IS NOT FIXING THE ISSUES AT THIS DUNKIN IS DISGUSTING these people are rude , lazy , don't want to take orders literally the worst Dunkin in broward county so many bad reviews don't go here you'll be in line for nothing with terrible customer service they need this shut down !!
This doesn't even deserve 1 star. The worst service I have ever experienced. I waited 20 minutes and left without getting my order. Dont give this place your money.
I love this place the ladys here are so nice and they work so hard all the time they really are the best I love coming here to get my coffee
The worst Dunkin Donut of all Broward County! Placing an order via walk-ins is not allowed. The cashier will tell you: Drive thru only.And when you do wait at the drive thru, you will be waiting for ever to place an order. They never have anything, just hot coffee. The worst.
Worst service they only accept Drive thru according to them after you wait inside the store for 10 minutes.Then we went to the drive thru and they said they don't have no caramel for a caramachiatto they don't have white chocolate they only have cofee they should have a sing with that information before they make you wait at front and then at the drive thru for a long time.Avoid stopping at this location is poor service
Waited in drive thru window literally at voice box for over 39mins just to get a special holiday peppermint mocha latte...correct me if I'm wrong aren't they suppose to be sweet...it was nasty...normally this is a good spot..but not today...sorry ladies and gentlemen...
