The same owners of the domino's on Hallandale in West Park must be the same owners of this one in Hollywood, reviews are almost similar, no drivers, noone picking up the phone, orders being canceled 2+ hours after initial order time, sloppy preparation. Domino's corporate needs to come down here and clean house or simply gtfo and save everyone the frustration.

This has to be one of the worst place to get your pizza,Most of the people are right about the extreme delayed !My son's wanted to have dominoes pizza , after place online went to the restaurant to pick up our pizza it was never made,Most of them are kind D's sitting on the counter playing with their phone and flirting with otherThere was no greeting and when I ask someone my pizza status no one knew ,They told me there was no manager in charge ???(Who will lock the door when it's closing time ?) I've asked for my refund and they said they wasn't able to my order nevered came in.After showing them my phone my order they said they will make it now...20 minutes pass I was starting to heat up asking them where is the pizza ?They made an mistake an had someone delivered the pizza ????They can't refund me I will contact my bank to dispute the charge ... Last time I will be there !

We picked up a pan and a thin crust pizza here, both pizzas were excellent, just the right amount of toppings and cheese! Whoever made them did a great job! They were delicious!!!

It's my neighborhood dominos they are notorious for being late delivering orders but they offer great specials and when they do mess up they give you free pizzas and stuff. I got this large 3 topping pizza with extras for 10$and change for pick up, if you can forgive the occasional screwups they're great!

I called and was on hold for 30 minutes till I got tired and hung up. I decided to go pick it up and got this?? It isn’t fully cooked. And they used park bites for my chicken topping. Honestly horrible service and the food wasnt good either.

0 honestly just the worst dominos pizza ever as usual never pick up the phone is been an hour not update just still trying to prepare my order …last time I even went to store because they said they delivered my previous order what never happened… when I arrived the store still with my phone on hold trying to connect with them… there was this rude manager well I understand they short staffed but why been nasty and charging for orders that never arrive just terrible place

Worst Domino’s ever! I really don’t know why I keep ordering from this store, maybe because I really love domino’s and I always think it’s going to be different, but no. Orders takes more than 2 hours to be ready, always wrong. Staff does not communicate with customers.

If I can give zero stars I would. Terrible service! Terrible place!!! I’ve ordered from this place twice and both times it has been the same experience. I place an order online, expected delivery time is about 30 minutes. The order takes over 3 hours!! And don’t even bother calling. The phones in that store are just noise. I literally drove after paying a delivery fee to pick up my pizza, after waiting 2 hours for my online order, only to walk in to a store full of employees on their cellphones doing nothing. It wasn’t until I expressed my anger that they didn’t start the pizzas. Of course, no apology, barely a response out of respect or courtesy. After waiting in the store for 1 hour, hearing the phone ring constantly, and watching them do nothing, 2 other customers walked in with the exact same issue. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. Worse dominos store ever!

I ordered a pizza and Parmesan Twists. When I picked up my order I was told "we're out of Parmesan Twists so we gave you Parmesan bites instead. It's OK, It's the same thing". Actually it's not. The Parmesan Twists are $6.99, the Parmesan bites are $3.99. This place ripped me off $3. I filed a complaint with Dominos corporate. So far my complaint is being ignored. Next step is a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They won't ignore that.

I’m currently waiting for my delivery, which had now been 2 hrs. The email said 60 mins, but going on 2 hrs is ridiculous! I am currently on the phone for the store for over 30 mins. Originally to see where my delivery is, but now, it’s to cancel my order. I can’t feed my child at 10pm or later this for dinner. Absolutely ridiculous! No food and no answer…the tracking app has been in prep for the past 2 hrs
