This location should just shut down. Save your money, time and drive here. Floor is sticky AF. Ice creams are not labeled correctly. And they aren’t even COLD! I ordered the chocolate peanut butter cup perfection with a waffle bowl. First of, the girl had such a bad attitude. The ice cream was melted and the girl didn’t even bother to offer something else or even chop the ingredients into it. Straight gave it to me like that, and the waffle bowl nothing like it’s on the picture or other cold stone we’ve been to before. My wife ordered a small with brownie and it was just sad lol. If you can’t find people to work here just shut down and stop stealing ppl money. By the way, organize your store and make it look mor appealing. I’m shocked this place even has 3 stars. Empty fridges, empty counter tops, looks like they are in the middle of shutting down so might as well shut down
The best ice cream I’ve ever had! We had 4 people in our group and everyone loved it! Kianna and Tay did a FANTASTIC JOB! Smiles on their faces the whole time. It was a great customer service experience. We will definitely be back to this location when we visit again. Thank you Kianna and Tay!
Placed order online. Should’ve been ready by 8:49. Well still waiting here it’s 9:20 in line them claiming they don’t have any of the flavors I ordered. They have to build them as you know but, they’re too lazy. Two workers dragging their feet. One goes inside and disappears while the other one is staring into space as If we are speaking a foreign language.
I am a regular customer here and I always get good service from Ally she usually works Mon-fri in the early day and we never fail to have a good conversation! She is the only reason I come so often! 5 stars for her ?
I waited an hour to get ice cream they had 2 young employees working and taking care of pick up orders and was told it was because management refuses to give them help especially on weekends which are known to be busy. I tried to do a door dash order and they told the driver they were out of every single ingredient and ice cream it was 6:00 on a Thursday….
I always buy cakes from coldstone and they are always ready to grab and go. This store only sells them if you order ahead. Had to drive to the store in miami lakes that always has them available and arrive late because of this.
I will reiterate what many of the other 1 star reviews have already mentioned. On Sunday night, my boyfriend and I had a very disappointing experience at cold stone creamery. We made it at approximately 9:50 pm. I waited in the car while my boyfriend had me on FaceTime. The store associates, Aaliyah and Victoria proceeded to give him attitude explaining that although he walked in before 10 pm, they would not be able to service him because it would have caused them to go past 10 and “they don’t work for free for anyone”. It was awful. He explained that we just wanted a simple scoop of ice cream and nothing fancy. Two others were in the store (walked in RIGHT BEFORE he did) and were being served with no problem. We were very upset because of the rudeness and the awful customer service. Gas is too high and not only did we waste gas, but we had to deal with stank attitudes. The girls were just very aggressive and rude. I told him not to argue with them. Just get the names and I would make the complaint because no one deserved that. We didn’t want any problems. Just ice cream.
Horrible customer service! Never going there again. I ordered a cake through Google food that was supposed to be an already made ready to go cake and when I get to the store they tell me they were still making/finishing it. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked what was going on. Apparently the cake was not cold and they had some issue with it not freezing correctly... But that was only discovered while I was waiting and they didn't tell me anything. Since I didn't have 3 hours to wait for them to make another one or come back I asked for a refund. I was told I would be refunded within a few days, but I never received my refund. I have called the owner multiple times and left messages with no response. I have also tried calling the store but they NEVER answer. After 3 weeks, I am STILL waiting for my money back. I never write reviews, good or bad but I thought this definitely deserved one. Don't waste your time or money.
I thought I'd give this location a chance, but after tonight I'm never going here again.Rewind to 3 months ago, I came in around 7 pm on a Friday night. There were 2 associates and 1 cashier. Was a bit busy, and mainly kids in the store. I asked to get a large togo for a Mint ice cream with brownie. One of the associates tells me, we have 1 mint but we would have to get it out the back. I asked if its in the back cant you get it? (Mind you its the family tub) she says "Nah" and then walks away ignoring me. So I ask the other associate for a different ice cream.Fast forward to tonight. Its mothers day weekend and my husband wanted to treat me to something sweet. I suggest this location to give them a second chance. I get up to the door and its 8:35pm 05/07. This kid at the door has it locked and turned away a few people, however there are others in the store. They say they're "Closed" for the night. I say "Excuse me but your door says you guys close at 11 pm" the kid sits down and refuses to open the door. However, as we're driving away I see they let in 2 other people while telling us and some others they were closed?I hate to see who manages this place and you wonder why there are soo many 1 star reviews as of recently. No one clearly wants to work anymore.I would NOT recommend this location. Try Dairy Queen or the Jaxsons in Dania for good ice cream and customer service ✌
