We called to place a delivery order and the boy, not man, who answered the phone was super rude. He said we turned away an order before when I personally have never placed an order. My number is out of state so I’m not sure if he confused me with someone else but it was super unprofessional and rude. He started giving off a lot of hostile energy stating that he wouldn’t take our order because we’ve cancelled, when again, I’ve never ordered. Never ever getting business from us again…

I’ve been living near this restaurant for 5 years now and I have always gone to this restaurant to eat Chinese cuisine. The price is very affordable and everything is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking to try some Chinese food.
Until today, I enjoyed China Hollywood. What I found today mixed in my white rice in the container was either part of a rodent pellet or lizard dropping. I don't care which it is, I won't ever eat takeout from this place again. I have half a mind to get this thing examined and alert the health department. Extremely disappointed and grossed out!

The lady ahead of me was pitching a fit about her botched order and her tirade took more than 10 minutes to resolve while my order sat wilting in a box. When I got it home it was terrible. No crispy noodles for the soup, no hoisin sauce for the MooShoo and the sesame beef needed a band-saw to cut it so that was a throw-away. And the chicken wings appetizer meant to have 8 pieces had but 5. On top of all that they up-charged the prices 20% from the online website menu. So, minus 10 stars.
