So this checkers the food is always fresh but I don't go for the food I go for the ice cream the strawberry cheesecake sundae and the brookie! The only thing I don't like the line is always long but it's not their fault no one wants to work anymore
This place is a joke. Waited a half hour to order and sat at menu for 5 more minutes. Just wanted out of line. No food is worth this aggravation.
Ordered a Big Buford, medium Fries, and a Fish sandwich. The Big Buford was old. Looking like it was sitting for 3 hours under the hot lamp. The Fish sandwich was hard and stale. Tasting like cardboard. Don't waste your money or time. I went in the afternoon. But I'm sure all the shifts are the same. Can't wait till they automate everything. And the staff loses their jobs.
I visited at around 11:00pm and the restaurant only had ONE employee working. Honestly, she did the best she could to keep up, well done on her part, but it seemed kind of abusive. Management failed her (hence the 2 stars).
It took one hour in the drive through lane to get a couple of burgers and when I got to the window they gave me someone elses order so they had to remake my order ... No apologies ... Explanation or anything .. I guess I should be happy they did mot spit in my food... P.s I am never going to checkers again and if I could give it zero stars I would
My first stop on my vacation and the staff was very rude, I waited 5 mins to order and another 10 mins for my food. When the food was done the employee just tossed it at the window closed and closed the window and walked away!!!
Checkers is one of my favorite Fast Food options. Food is always good. Great Value. Open later than most.
Worse expierence ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with every single time ive gone to this miserable location they have messed up the order mischarged me or straight up 45 mf minutes just to place an order just to wait at the window as they prepare to make a door dash order as they arrive 45 + minutes later I am at my limit and rather choose to drive off than be ridiculed for a minute longer terrible location avoid at all costs food is always a let down.
I do my order and at the time to pick up the sandwichs , after long waiting time, they give different not good sandwichs.
They try their hardest to fill everyone’s void. Drive through or window service are the best regardless on how long the line maybe. We better be lucky we at least have a Checkers open. Shout out to them CHECKERS EMPLOYEE YALL DESERVE A RAISE??❤️
