Last week was our first visit to Carmela's in Hollywood FL. Believe me, we will now be regulars. The atmosphere is warm relaxing and comfortable.But most importantly the food is outstanding. The service from Abraham was more than perfect. You could easily see and experience that Carmine the GM knows how to run a great restaurant. I was there with my lovely wife and a very close friend our ours. He is retired, but he use to own a small well known inn and restaurant in the Tuscan region of Italy. The smile on his face as we ate said it all. We were celebrating his 89th birthday.
Took a party of 8 for my wife's birthday celebration, everything was PERFECT!Carmine greeted us at the door, our table was waiting, Abraham (our server) took very good care of our party, he was outstanding.Food was amazing, drinks were also great.No complaints whatsoever.Would highly recommend this gem.

Great food and drinks and service
I’ve been to Carmela’s several times Always the most wonderful experience Chef Anthony killed it last night, calamari light golden fried, meatball perfection, lasagna, never in my life have I had better, And let’s not even talk the melt in your mouth charred octopus , exceptional!! Yes we tasted everything lol The service is outstanding and the friendliness is like being with your best friends. Marco, so handsome with his new do, perfect martini behind the bar, making sure we had everything we wanted. Do I recommend Carmela’s? Definitely, a gem in Hollywood!!!
Our favorite date night spot! The ambiance is perfect and the food and drinks are spectacular. Chef Anthony is fantastic and Marco makes the best drinks you will ever have. Hollywood’s hidden gem! ❤️
PEOPLE!!! Please try this place!!!! We eat out a ton and travel constantly! This is the BEST Italian food I have eaten, Ever in all the places we have traveled!!! Our server, Abraham is the best waiter, super attentive and fast! He had great recommendations for the wine and made our dinner more enjoyable! Carmine, the manager was also amazing! He took the time to come around a couple times to check on us and made us feel like family! We ate here twice when we passed through on the way to the Keys and back! Everything is FANTASTIC! But I highly recommend the tagliatelle, the chicken Parmesan, and the ricotta crostini! Do yourself a favor and go eat at Carmela’s!!!!!
Best Italian restaurant we have been to in Florida! Anthony (the chef), Arbory (waitress), and the adorable manager from Canada is awesome! We had the best experience here! Just simply amazing food!! The flavor in each dish prepared is beyond our expectations! We stumbled across this restaurant and it was the perfect way to end our trip! Beautiful ambiance, staff was super friendly, and the food was exceptionally tasty! Hands down the best!! Thank you for an amazing memory!! Y'all are doing an excellent job!

Everything was great. Great enviroment in a great location in Hollywood. Highly suggest you check it out
