Let me start off by saying I love this place and the people who work here. Been coming here for years and have so many great memories. But the decline in food quality has hit a wall that I just can't accept.On my most recent takeout order the pizza, specifically the cheese, was disgusting. It was almost like vegan cheese. No texture, dry, and no flavor. The toppings also seemed to be a lower quality then usual.Best pizza in Hollywood for almost 10 years and now I can't recommend them anymore.I can honestly say I won't order from Capones again for a long time until they stop compromising the quality of their food.
An extraordinary dining experience. This restaurant serves delicious Italian food and has a welcoming atmosphere.We ordered the chicken calzone, the chicken Parmesan, the fettuccine Alfredo and also garlic rolls. Every single dish was delightful. All the dishes were served hot and every bite was perfection. Those garlic rolls were delicious.Must visit if you are in the Hollywood area!
Just moved to Hollywood and looked up new pizza places to try. This place had great ratings so decided to give it a try. Called the first time was told “please hold”. So I held for 13 minutes and finally decided to hang up because I have two hungry toddlers that requested pizza. Decided to give it another go. This time I wasn’t even given the chance to say hello. Just “please hold” this time I held for 16 minute's and that was it. This was all on a Thursday night around 6:20pm. Very disappointed. Went with the usual dominos instead. Unfortunately this restaurant missed out on a new loyal customer as well as a 100$ order.
Went here with my family while on vacation and we were treated so poorly. Took our waitress 10+ mins to even acknowledge us. Someone else had to go get her. She didn’t greet us and never even introduced herself. We were immediately met with an attitude. We were told the bill cannot be split into three. Waitress was rolling her eyes and putting her hand in my sister’s face when we were ordering apps. By them time we got our waters we were ready to order. My mother in law wanted croutons & cucumber for her salad and the waitress rudely stated they don’t have cucumbers. She then proceeded to say my MIL was going to fast and that we were being rude. She then walked away and refused to serve us. We asked the first waitress for the manager and the owner came out asking what the problem was and if we wanted to order or leave so we left. Have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Horrible horrible service.

1st pizza came out the dough was raw! Second pizza cheese fell off dough! There was also a dispute taking place and the personnel just watched as the couple pushed & fought each other in parking lot as we sat there trying to enjoy are night out! Would never go back or recommend!
I was shocked that it was not packed even on a Sunday. This is a restaurant that should be a chain. I have had most of the menu in this place. You want to talk about great food?! This is the place. I am price conscious on a lot of things, but when I go here, I can't thing of the price, just the good food.
I had the broccoli and garlic pasta. It was a little bland but the salad and bread were good. Specifically the bread, it was warm, savory, and a large piece. I will return for the pizza. I have heard great things.
