I had one great experience 5 years ago. This week was a complete 180. The cashier completely messed up my order. And stood there giggling when I asked her to refund everything and start from the beginning. She must have been high. Is this the new norm? High on weed, getting paid $20 an hour to mess up orders? She even went to the back when there were 3 people waiting to order. Wow! Lol. The manger was really helpful though.

The Burger King on 1800 Stirling Road in Hollywood, Florida has the best customer service ever!! When my service dog and I entered for dinner we were greeted with smiles and hellos. Not one employee made a face or blurted , "You can't have your dog in here"! Secondly, there are outlets in here! They are not covered and are available for use!! There is free wifi with excellent signal to use while enjoying one of the many items available from either the app or ordering from the counter. There is a television too!! They even have it turned on?..While I was placing my order a bowl of water was offered to my service dog. I didn't ask for it, it was offered to me. Then...after I placed my order I was told to have a seat and relax!!.. that they would bring my order to me. I mean this was unbelievable service.I'm not sure if Gina Marie (not a MGR but definitely has the skills to be) saw the weariness in my face and acted accordingly or treats all guests like this (like any good restaurant employee should) but I do know I will be coming to this Burger King on 1800 Stirling Road from now on. The staff, food, prices and atmosphere here put McDonald's and Taco Bell to shame. That's another review, however, or negative review(s).. but I like to keep things positive which is so easy to do here in this Burger King on Stirling Road. Thank you Gina Marie and all accompanying dinner staff for making my service animal and I feel welcome on Saturday May 21st, 2022!

I’m writing a review to bring particular attention to the wonderful service received from the host ‘Gina Marie’. She was warm, considerate and patient, little things that go a long way. I haven’t been to a BK for years, it wasn’t my first choice but Gina made a difference. Beyond burger was a good delivery too, hot, fresh and well presented.

Standing in line I could see issues with customers ahead of me. The manager was up front running the main register assisting guests while she would occasionally abandon her post to assist other workers. It wasnt super busy, maybe just after 10am.We went to Burger King because it was in the same parking lot as the hotel we were staying at. After ordering our food and walking back to the hotel we realized food was made wrong, and there were missing items.

This was by far the worst experience at a Burger King I have ever had. Make that any fast food restaurant. Our group of 4 people went in the restaurant at 1800 Stirling Road, Dania, FL about 7 PM at night on April 2nd. There was a line of 6 groups of people standing at the counter and 1 person to take care of them. The remaining employees (4-5) were working drive through or talking to each other, including the multi-colored hair manager. The manager did nothing, not even acknowledge the people at the counter. The poor woman serving us at the counter had to work the fryers while she took care of the people at the counter. The manager seemed to go out of her way to ignore us. We waited 40 minutes to finally get our food. THEN, the food was gross. Our orders of mozzarella sticks were good because the over-worked counter girl had to cook them herself. The 4 Double Whopper's with Cheese were horrible. Way over cooked where you needed to take a drink on each bite to swallow. Our party decided after a couple of bites to leave and get food somewhere else. The owner of this location should be worried. Employees like your multi-colored hair manager is going to sink the business.

Made it to the drive through. I was asked to wait. I sat there for minutes until I finally checked if anyone was there. The young lady then proceeded to take my order. Not sure how long I would've been there if I has not said anything. The food was messy and cold. I most certainly did not expect that after waiting so long. Disappointed after a long day of traveling.

This has got to be one of Burger King's best placed locations yet it's one of Burger King's worst staffed locations for at least the past decade. As someone who has always loved Burger King over McDonald's their whole life and to live so close to this Burger King it's really sad that it's such poor service.Update: today 1/29/22 around 4pm my order was promptly taken at the drive thru instead of the usual 5 minute wait (with or without traffic) was able to pay and get through the line quick and only had to wait after placing the order because they were making my order. Could it be the franchisee or management is listening to the reviews and trying to make changes? ?

This BK pays no attention to drive thru, very very rude employees and no customer service such as thank you. Food cold, no napkins. I mean this is why minimum wage hikes need accountability cause I see nothing improving. Clearly this owner is not supervising his or her business. 3rd and final visit was convenient location.

The worst Burger King drive thru ever! it is very slow, two drive thru lines and whomever takes the order forgets to take turns between the lines making the long wait ever more painful. Then they take your order and ask you at the window what did you order!I order a number 6 no pickles no onions and got a number 6 full of onions, pickles and the entire bag of napkins. hope they improve, its a convenient location but I am not ever coming back.

Didn't get a chance to try. We waited for over 15 min in the drive through and then were told they were having issues and were closed.Understand technical issues. Just wish the communication was better
