The food was good, but the service was extremely slow. Our 15 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait. Just over 2 hours from start to finish. A table of 10 got seated before our table of 6, and they came in after us. Mind you there's no reservations or call ahead seating on Sunday. There were drink and food orders taken after ours, but received their order first. Our order was messed up and they kept forgetting to bring parts of it out. The owner was more interested in chatting with his regulars then greeting all the tables like he used to do. I understand that they might be short staffed, but that's not an excuse for not tending to your tables and keeping your customers informed. A few quick check-ins with your tables will keep your customers happy. I personally will not be dining here again.
I was looking forward to breakfast... Unfortunately, due to "a new system" the waiter couldn't take my order for over 15 minutes. I was patient for the first 15 minutes, even though they weren't busy and no one was ahead of me.I empathized with the waiter as it seemed he really didn't know what he was doing. I asked if he could ask for assistance as it was getting late and my family was hungry. He asked for help several times and even the manager came out and "helped" by pointing to the screen and telling him to do X, Y and Z, but he was still having issues.I was so frustrated that instead of the manager taking my order and figuring out the confusion after the fact, she simply went about her business and ignored me until I decided to leave. I couldn't sit there and wait any longer it had been over 20 minutes and they hadn't even taken my payment (takeout order). As I was leaving the manager yells "thanks for your patience", in a sarcastic tone. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this restaurant. The service was incompetent and it's not the waiters fault, but the manager. It's management's job to train their employees properly.Horrible serviceHorrible attitude (from the manager)There are better restaurants with better service here in Cooper City. No need to waste time on bad service.#stayaway

Definitely my perfect place to enjoy my Sunday morning breakfast and I will come every Sunday to try all the delicious meals they are offering in the menu.. between 8.30 and 9 perfect time no waiting that all
We have always been treated like family at Bogarts. It’s like Cheers where everybody knows your name. Great food, great music on the weekends and craft cocktails makes for a great experience. The owners and the family who work there are caring and kind.We love supporting family owned restaurants.
This place is amazing! The food, the pour, the inside ambiance, cleanliness, all on point. My wife had a meetup with her Facebook group while I hung out at the bar and got to know the owner's daughter Ashley and the restaurant's new bartender, Harmony. We had great conversation, the Churrasco was amazing and they were very accommodating to a keto diet. I also don't believe any of the reviews mentioning that they treat anyone of a certain race differently, as I am very easy to distinguish as Hispanic and was not treated differently from anyone else. My wife and I will be back!
I thought the food and service was great. The place is beautiful and clean. The whole staff was very accommodating. We will definitely be back.
We were treated like trash. The waiter grabbed the menu from the table she was taking the order from, and throw it on tap of the condiments. Gave me the look like I don’t belong there?!? Didn’t even bother to say hi or I’ll be back. She left , and so did us! You Don’t Treat People Like That! Yes, I’m Hispanic! Don’t forget that in life, everything comes back… Good Luck To you
We meet at Bogart's for breakfast every couple of months. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is great. Large portions. I like the Mama Mia breakfast with scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, grits and a bagel. Great!Everything we ordered was excellent. They need a couple extra workers as the staff is always running just to keep up.
First time there and the food was excellent. My brother Sherman is a regular there and he treated me for breakfast. Our waitress was friendly fun and fast. Great little duck off place to eat at.Will be going back soon.
