One of the best meals I have ever had!!!! We love seafood eat it often and recognize fresh when we see it. This place offers a fresh seafood platter that’s equal to none I have ever had. I recommend you ask your waiter for the fresh crab platter display. There you will be able to choose the sizes of stone crab and king crab you want. We chose the large stone crab (comes 5 to an order) and a king crab leg (not the claw). Also comes with a Florida lobster tail (approx 12 ounces). Then you can order a separate side dish (comes enough to share for 2 people). We ordered hash browns which their version is thin slides of potatoes. Very tasty. The drinks are also good. I ordered the Billi’s lemonade and my sister ordered a very nice White pear martini. Loved the food and the service. Almost forgot... all the shells are cracked. Stone crab served cold, king crab and lobster served hot. Everything great!!! A definite repeat, Downstairs is a fish market and bar. I took some fotos of that.

Had reservations, asked for an outside table on a glider which worked out great, nice spot on the intracoastal. Service started out spot on but faded as time went on. Had to ask the maitre d for after dinner desert and drinks. Martini's came quickly but could have been colder. Entrees were good, don't order a side with every meal or you'll have too much food. Oddly, the entrees and sides all came out on separate small plates which made the table quite crowded and less enjoyable. When I complained to the server he stated it was a supply chain issue?? Overall I'd have to say it is worth a visit but quite expensive!

Great seafood restaurant right on the inland waterway. Offers great views, fantastic food all served by professional and attentive staff, what's not to like we will be back.

Being from the philadelphia area to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family I had asked around about a great seafood restaurant Unfortunately Bill Stone definite doesn’t fit the criteria My cocktail drink (dirty martini) came without olives!! Even when waitress promised to bring them they never arrived Same As our clam chowders… Second drink order like my white wine never came to the table, our waitress said it got served by accident to another table… Felt stuffed mushroom app was very bland, same for the side of mushroom/onion Thought oysters tasted a little fishy.. On positive site.. steak was cooked ‘till perfection and very well seasoned Calamari app was tasty Because food/ and drinks didn’t got served we opted out on “I heard”a great key lime pie…

I have never written a review before but this experience was so bad I felt I needed to write one. I ordered the fish, shrimp and scallop dinner. Plate had 2 small scallops, 4 little shrimp and a medium piece of fish. My husband ordered fish and chips. His had 1 piece of fish and cold French fries. We also had a crab claw appetizer. 3 crab claws that were dry and hard to remove the meat. Bill was $78.00. Food was cold, scallops were rubbery. Waitress took our order then disappeared. Tried to tell someone but they were “Too busy”. We won’t be back.

Great food, incredible views. The food was prepared to exceptional standards. Will definitely visit again. Choose the swinging table on the dock for a interesting view of the yachts driving by. I had the Florida lobster tail and it was cooked perfectly.

Dinner out with the in-laws- very upscale, dress nice and come with an appetite. I love seafood, and whenever I visit Florida I have to have grouper. My partner had the sirloin which was excellent, and I ordered the grouper broiled with sautéed mushrooms, with a side of creamy spinach. As an appetizer we had the wedge of salad and a seafood platter, - they serve cold seafood, which I’m not a fan of, such as the stone craps and lobster. We had a bottle of wine and a few drinks. Everything is ala carte. Overall a great night out, the view was beautiful, we did have to eat inside, as it was very cold that night. They do have heaters outside, and I’m not sure you can get the full menu outside, as it’s downstairs and the main floor and kitchen is upstairs. I would plan easily minimum, including drinks, $100 per person with tip. Nice ambiance.

We visit Florida often for seafood. Three couples reserved a table & meals arrived with rubbery shrimp with terrible grouper preparation. Two people had to send meals back as they were not cooked well. All seafood did not taste fresh…possibly frozen? 1* is for the waiter’s effort and the beauty of the restaurant. It wasn’t worth $175 for two. Money better spent elsewhere!!

Avoid this place. Good is overpriced and terrible. Quality of food is like a high school cafeteria or worse. Stone crab smelled bad. Steak was less than 1/4 thick and 50% fat. Potatoes have the texture of paste. Beans are half undercooked and half overcooked. I’m guessing they mixed left over beans with a fresh batch. Seasoning on fish was terrible. Ambiance is non existent. I don’t think they have redecorated since they opened in the 70s. Waiter barely stopped by table. Not sure how they stay in business.

I never had stone crab before and my husband said it was a must while in Florida. We looked up best stone crab restaurants and Billy's came up as 2nd. It was closer than going to Joe's in Miami. They have outdoor seating and they also have indoor dining room seating which is more upscale. I wore a nice silk dress and chunk heel sandals. Service was excellent and food was delcious. However, I was disappointed in the fact that they have signs that stated they require a nicer dress code. They do not require it because I saw people in sneakers and graphic tees. At one point a party of three sat down at the next table with a french bull dog. I don't care how much money you have, but at a nicer establishment like I thought this was you shouldn't be bringing in your pet. The dog did not have a service jacket on and was walking about under the table and under our table.
