The amount of service you get depends on the mood of the lady at the counter. They don’t accept responsibility for messing up orders. The quality has gone down consistently in the past 3 years that Ive been ordering from here and I keep giving them chances but not anymore. If you’re going to be eating there inside it’s probably worth it but don’t order out.
Amazing, homemade Italian. Best Pizza I've had since I moved to Florida from California.Their Linguini and Clams in white sauce is incredible and their spaghetti and meat sauce is delicious...like I was at ah Italian families home. Super large portions and super friendly people. Only problem I've ever had...how to decide what to order!Blessed to have them right down the street from me. My go to at LEAST once a week. If you're going anywhere else for Italian food....you obviously have never been here!

Big Louie's Pizza is fantastic and is my favorite pizza place in Hollywood! The pizza and wings are great, and the service is even better. Whenever I place an order for pickup, they always have it ready on time when I show up, and the staff is incredibly friendly (but bring your sense of humor...apparently a few other people who left reviews here forgot theirs...). I love supporting this local business and I hope you enjoy your experience there as much as I do.
They didn’t cut my pizza and the dough was dry and crumbly. And the garlic rolls were so bad they tasted sour

Love Love Love this place! The food is to die for, always warm, flavorful and ready by the time of pick up! No wait time!! Great atmosphere, and Great for families!!! You will not regret it!!
Ordered the penne Ala vodka...it was terrible! No seasoning what so ever. I even tried to add seasoning and it did not help. No Vodka no proper tomato base sauce...it looked like a fettuccine sauce..Even the BACON had no kick to it. Pancetta anyone? The ceasars salad was good. I wouldn't even give this place second chance.
Today will be my last day eating at Big Louies Pizza this is somewhere I often come to get lunch since my office is in the Hollywood Area. Today when I went to pick up my order the cashier (A short stubbie woman kinda of Tom boyish) took my card as normal to pay for my food. When I walked out I wanted to get parmesan and pepper flakes on my pizza.. I saw you guys had the shareable ones on the way out I thought I would just get packets due to COVID-19 I asked the woman “Excuse me can I have pepper flake packets and parmesan packets” She responded “You didn’t think to ask me that while I was behind the counter” because she had moved from behind there.. I was so taken back I said “excuse me?” She responded “don’t worry about it I can give you 2 before I have to charge” her attitude was so uncalled for and unnecessary. I try to help small businesses in the area like this because I know that they’ve suffered from the pandemic the quality of the pizza to the attitudes show it but they don’t have to worry about receiving a cent from me ever
The pizza is absolutely delicious, best we’ve had in a while. The staff is wonderfully kind. Will be our go to from now on. Support this business!!
