The customer service I received at this location was exceptional. The staff was courteous and professional. My order was done over the phone and ready the minute I got there. The manager Ronald catered to all my needs and made sure my order was top tier. This will be my go to Wing stop from here on out!
I'm going to preface this review by saying that i have been eating at this wingstop for many years and will probably continue to do so, but writing this review is more so therapeutic than anything I just have to get it off my chest. If there is ONE thing this wingstop does properly, is mess up an order. They are the epitome of order screw ups. Be prepared to get something entirely different than what you order, every. single. time. I am not one to dwell, but its become too much of an occurrence. When ordering from this location, GO IN PERSON and look over your order yourself. There's also 100% chance it will be wrong if you order online. There's nothing more saddening than placing an order via delivery, and upon arrival its not what you asked or wanted. Now, I do acknowledge that this particular location is high in demand and they are slammed at almost any point in time in the day, but please be a little more aware.
I have ordered a 20 piece chicken wings platter on two different occasions and they seem to misCOUNT THE WINGS AND GIVE ME 18 instead .One time I had to call them back the 2nd time I had to go back .I didn’t want to be petty about missing two wings but . They are very expensive.
Do not order for delivery. They will forget sauces and claim that it’s your fault. No credit or fix, simply come and pick it up. If I wanted to pick up sauces I wouldn’t have ordered for delivery. Kesha the manager on staff handled this horribly. Could have prevented a negative review but what can you expect? She hates her job and doesn’t care about customers. Also, the quality in this place has gone way down. This was the last order we place with them. Thanks Kesha!
Don’t order from this store if you want your food quickly. Disorganized and understaffed. Obvious employees are burnt out and never a manager/owner on site.
Called to place an order and Tania didn’t want to place the order because was already 11pm and they about to close, poor costumer service and extremely unprofessional.
My order that I picked up yesterday was not up to standards. This was the third time that the fries were cold and the rolls were over baked. I checked my order before I left and asked them to refund the rolls. We the young lady came back she did not say anything to me .I finally asked about my refund and she said that the other lady was giving it to me. I took a while for her to do this and they had attitudes. Eventually the manager came out and explained to me my refund but he also gave me attitude. The customer service there was horrible and I still didn't get the right refund I was supposed to get. I told him that I was calling corporate and he told me go ahead all this in front of other customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
If it burns coming in, Imagine it coming out #Desitin. Everything is Hot and Extra regardless if you order it mild and light.
I purchased a small and large fry with extra seasoning and a 10 piece wings. The grease was old the fries were burnt and the chicken was burnt They have no pride in what they do.
The staff is extremely disrespectful, the front desk girl makes people wait to be attended because she’s on her personal phone talking, they take forever to give you the food, the place is extremely dirty and I mean the staff situation says it all. There were 3 people in the front talking and no one attended me…
