Orders are almost always right.. customer service is good, clean, fast.
I am so happy to see young kids working and hopefully learning how to deal with the public. With that being said it does not appear they have received much if any training either at home or in the workplace.I just ordered through the drive-thru and did not get a greeting nor any response from the young man or young woman working at the window. What I did get was an indifference look from the young man and the young lady had a stare of I don’t know what.Not a great future ahead of them if this is the way they treat customers or other people. When you have good and courteous employees people will return many times just for that but that would not apply here at all.Learn from the training employees receive at Chic Filet
They have a tendency of getting the order wrong when going to drive thru. Seems there rushing and not taking the time to get order right.
If you want to taste horrific fast food; this is the spot. The food tastes so bad it’s unbelievable. They add the thinnest slice of tomatoes and just the meat with peppers on it.
I'm giving 5 stars because Carlos provides excellent customer service. I visit this Wendy's often for breakfast and every time he attends me, he is very professional and polite, never gets my orders wrong and is overall so nice compared to other employees. I wish other people has that same work ethic.
This is a very helpful Wendys. They helped with our school fundraiser by letting us host a car wash in the parking lot. We got breakfast and lunch there and each time the staff was friendly and the orders were accurate. I went back the following week for breakfast and was treated just the same. Its not super busy either!
This is just not the best Wendys, customer service is not very good and the food looks like yesterdays food. I just bought food for my family and ordered baked potatoes they looked very dark brown, cold and it looked like left overs. They need better service at the window and people who really care about serving quality food.
The food is quite ok, especially if you are not looking for something incomparable and just want to make your stomach full. But the staff made us shocked.....We were waiting for the order for 20!!!! minutes and finally were told that they just had had a mistake and our order was cancelled.....I have mixed feelings...
They need to stock up on condiments and remember customers order..
Very disappointing, after spent time in the drive thru, I get to the order window and the man tells me the credit card machine is down, to go inside, get inside and 15 people in line, need to advise BEFORE wasting time on the line before and letting people know
