Can you please get it together with the online orders!? Respectfully. I understand we’re human and make mistakes, but it’s been more than 5 times now that we order from this Wendy’s and there’s something missing.

Bad service the food I ordered was old and cold. And my sons order was wrong al. The Hialeah drive Wendy's had the dining room closed 4pm on a Saturday afternoon, had to go to 49th st where the dining room was open but the soda machine was empty the employees knew it but did not refill. They also don't know that you can put bacon and cheese in the Chilli. Need to give better training
Salads are have the size now when you order full size
It's a little crazy how fast food restaurants open late make and give out to the public old food , not fresh, but it's Soo easy for them to take your money,

i was trying to get the 1$ burger on the app and that resturant had a problem with the app i asked an employee and they didnt know how to either.

The service here is always fast and efficient. I never have a issue with this establishment. They always greet you with very pleasant smiles. The service is always as it should be. I would definitely recommend friends and family to come here and I will definitely be coming here again and again and again. ??
