This place has a great product. However,they are understaffed. You wait on line forever. They are very nice but I waited 40 minutes. They coffee was worth the wait but if I had to be at work I would have left. Please put more people up front. Those two ladies were doing everything including phone orders and catering orders.
The lines tend to get super long in the morning and some of the employees tend to have an attitude or just seem upset but the food is super good.
Hard to get any one’s attention if you’re not yelling in Spanish, they won’t look at you until you demand their attention then they treat you like you have an attitude. Ridiculous.
The staff is great and food is out of this world tasty fresh delicious sandwiches
No greeting. There's a lady there with a nasty attitude. Da Pena. Rushing you and with attitude. Luckily mom is the one that wanted pastwlitos never again I will come here. Not friendly at all. I don't recommend and the pastelitos were not even good dry and stale
i wish i can give negative review but I am giving this place a one star because I have to otherwise I would give a worse rating!!!the birthday cake is full of mold and i take the cake back and try to speak to customer service our manager but nobody carei'll take the cake back and take it to florida department of health asap
Their bread is not that good compared to breads from other cuban bakeries, but the most discusting experience I had was yesterday. I was eating bread pudding and I found a very large egg shell inside. I understand anyone can miss a little piece but not a huge egg shell.

I keep coming back to this Vicky because it’s very close to my house but for months now very disappointed at the quality of the food. Today I paid $2.50 for an empanada that ended up being tiny and without any ham nor cheese inside . Super hard I’m sure it was from the previous day. But nothing inside ?!? Last couple times I ordered a croissant they “heat” it but when I get it it’s super cold on the inside. Also the croissants are not what they used to be, the bread is dry and flaky. Very disappointed.
Food is good but the service terrible. The girls have bad attitudes always. The business should structure the front staff.
