This place is as authentic as it gets. I don’t know much about Brazilian food but the menu is in Portuguese and the waiters and even the clients are Brazilian. Our waiter Arlen was excellent and helped us figure out the menu. Despite our language difference, we were able to find a way to understand one another. We got the chance to briefly explore a different culture through one of the many things that unites us as humans - food. Go for the food but stay for the experience. We will be back! Ps, the owners also tended to us and they were great. Also, they have a little market in the back.

I went for the second time this Sunday. During my first visit, the food was really good. Service was slow. We ordered coffee after our meal. We were served Cuban coffee. My bad for not specifying what type of coffee I wanted to have. Given it’s a Brazilian restaurant, I certainly was not expecting Cuban coffee. I didn’t send it back. We just had it. All good.Then we decided to give it a try again yesterday. We went for breakfast. Service was great (the restaurant was not busy), and everything we ate tasted good. But $8 for a French bread with 2 fried eggs inside and a slice of ham? Charging Coconut Grove prices in Hialeah… kind of insane. I paid for the check and tipped the young lady cash. I won’t be back for breakfast again, that’s for sure.
The food is fantastic and very inexpensive. The atmosphere is luncheonette. Try the picanha and onions, it's to die for.

Truly appreciated and enjoyed our time at this place. Service was excellent with a family atmosphere. The place was very clean with the tables at a good distance from each other. I tried chicharones and I must admit been disappointed when I received them. I'm familiar with the big chunks but these were perfect in taste and bite sizes. The correct proportion of meat to fat ratio. Can't rave enough!! They were great!! My amazement came after trying what resemble a small stuff potato ball. These were stuffed with a mixture of chicken with cheese. These fried stuffed potatoes are the reason you should stop and give this place a chance. Amazing!! Also they sale these little dessert balls that are also perfect bite size...my favorite was the chocolate!! I will definitely recommend this place for a lite lunch or dinner. We are blessed here in Miami with the chance to learn and try the different flavors and customs from many of our neighboring ethnic communities.
This is as close as you going to get to the authentic Brazilian street food in Miami. Pastel was out of this world, you really feel like you’re in a street food market on a Tuesday morning, esfihas and coxinhas were not a inch behind. All washed down with a nice and cold Brazilian beer. Not to mention the nice little market they have in the back where you can pick up your favorites Brazilian treats and take them home with you for more enjoyment later. Check them out.
